Great brunch place if you’re looking for a good alternative! The food was really tasty but compared to other brunch options, the prices were slightly higher. I love the fact the bartender was able to fulfill my mocktail request. As far as the food goes, in my opinion they have some of the best breakfast potatoes and fresh baked cinnamon rolls in the area. They also have a good happy hour menu so I’ll be back to try that. Overall, the staff was very kind and helpful and I can’t wait to visit again!!

Baker’s Crust never disappoints. The food is always fresh, customer service on point, and Ian makes the best drinks. The kitchen manager Josh is outstanding he was very helpful when we asked for a kitchen manager he was the one came and spoke with us. Very professional and pleasant personality. Even if the food wasn’t that good but it was I would come back because of him and the staff. Keep up the good work.

The menu stated there was gluten free French onion soup. I was excited to see where the menu said it even came with GF croutons on it. Any GF person would be excited about that. They brought it to the table with no croutons. That’s the whole reason I ordered it. The waitress told me it didn’t come with croutons. I had to remind her the menu said it did. She said let me check. Came back and said they were out. I told her I didn’t want it then. I still had the menu and saw GF crustini. Why was that not an option to use? They have GF bread; why was that not used?
Just seems like poor kitchen management when they do not stay prepared for every dish and every customer you claim to cater to.

Maybe I should blame myself for ordering a lump crabcake dish from a non seafood establishment. It was bad. There wasn’t any pieces of lump crab to be found. I got the Baltimore Benedict, and it definitely should be served in Baltimore near some fresh crabs. The crabmeat was a mushy mess. The hash brown potatoes were also awful. My husband got the Jamaican french toast and we were trying to figure out what made it Jamaican. It was run of the mill french toast. Its a no for me.

Julian was the best waiter…give him a raise…hes very personable and is great at this job.
Seriously this is the best lunch I’ve had in a while..in Va Beach.
I enjoyed the outdoor seating area..outdoor cafes are something special on nice days.

Food was yummy. I didn’t mind being sat near the bathroom, but when they cleaned it the smell of the cleaners was so strong. My friend and I weren’t ready to leave yet so we just tried to ignore it.

Happy New Year — leaving all the bad stuff behind in 2025. My experiences last year with the BC were mixed. And I spoke on it. Management responded respectfully but I had given up on my favorite Landstown neighborhood cafe. Well I gave it a third try and bingo my brunch was good. Smaller portions but I’m okay with that. The West Coast omelet with hash browns and sourdough toast was excellent. The service as always, impeccable. I sat at the bar. I just wish they’d bring out fresh marmalade not those funky little jelly packets. Love the cheese melted on top rather than whipped into the omelet.

Today, I went to Baker’s Crust for dinner with my girlfriend, and I had high hopes coming in, as my family and some friends had mentioned it was good. We had a reservation for 6, and came in at 5:57, we were seated quickly and had a very nice waitress take care of us and bring us both drinks quickly. We decided not to order any appetizers and instead ordered our entrees straight away. I ordered the Egg and Bacon Cheeseburger with fries, and my girlfriend got a Caesar Salad with Salmon and mashed potatoes. The food came out in about 10-15 minutes, while it was busy, and the food was absolutely phenomenal, cooked perfectly to our request and served on clean dishes. Everything was amazing and I am definitely going to visit again.

Our waiter was incredibly attentive and helpful! The service was excellent, and the food was phenomenal. He even brought us a variety of sauces to try—such a thoughtful touch, and they were all delicious!
I had the fish and chips, the kids ordered the tenders and waffles, my mom chose the Pick Two, my sister had the tuna, and my dad got the smash burger. Every single one of us loved our meals. Portions were generous—big enough that we were able to take some home.
We will definitely be back!

Greeted by a very nice young lady (hostess). The calamari, caesar salad, pepperoni pizza, sausage and sweet onion pizza were very good. The draft beers were flavorful and cold. We enjoyed our hard working waitress Katie, she did a great job answering all our questions, waiting our table and many others too. The manager Noah was very pleasant and accomodating. We enjoyed our interactions with him as well.
