On top of this, Domino’s website has gotten progressively worse with every update. Are there 13 years old software engineers working on the website? Who the heck are your front-end devs? How is it even possible to make a website so much worse over such a small period of time??? Who is getting paid for this???
My five-year-old was really looking forward to a simple cheese pizza, and due to the lack of communication, he went to bed disappointed—and hungry—on an already tough evening after a Colts loss. This situation was made far worse than it needed to be. After waiting an hour and forty-five minutes with no updates, we had to send someone to another restaurant to get food. Even the adults were frustrated; no one expects to be left wondering whether an order is coming at all.
To make matters worse, the pizza eventually showed up nearly two hours after the order was placed, by which time we had already purchased food elsewhere.
Overall, this was not a good experience, and the lack of communication was the most disappointing part.
I usually have no problems with Dominos but this location really dropped the ball! I ordered a chicken alfredo pasta and when it arrived I was appalled with how light it was. When I opened it up I was suprised to see that I could see the bottom of the dish through the pasta! It literally only had MAYBE a cup or so in there. Definitely not worth 5.99. I’m sure they must have ran out of pasta or something and said screw it we will just use whats left. It was absolutely unacceptable! I attached pictures as proof. The pizza we got was just fine but the pasta… I am just mind blown. You can even consider that a meal!
I’ve been going to this Dominos franchise for a while and this spot was giving more chances than 1.
This time the pizza was so worst, its found his new home, the trash. It was so bad I couldn’t even fix myself to ask for a “remake” I couldn’t even trust who was behind the register as a team. Note to the, hiring manager. You genuinely lost a customer who lovess pizza. Note, to whoever was in charged of the “hacksaw” pizza and falsely notifying that the pizza is “ready for pickup” 9/10 it’s never ready. You will not make it far with putting out mess like that.
I will never be back I hope you guys clean up the corporate mess as business. No manager on site should fake a quality check as far as the pizza, like the app “INFORMS YOU” employees/ managers.
I wish a positive outcome for the franchise’s owner and hope he/she is actively aware of this complaint. I’m a business owner myself and if my employees were performing poorly , it would be a blessing for a complaint to improve the company, not tear it down.
1 star for for a serious “quality check of employees”.
