One of our local favorite restaurants to order breakfast tacos and pozole from. They had heart shaped mini conchas- pan dulce. The conchas were delicious! Try their pozole; it has a little kick to it, but it tastes great. Our favorite breakfast tacos are barbacoa and chorizo with egg.

My family and I came in on a cold Sunday morning. I ordered the chilaquiles with eggs and beans. The chilaquiles were great and had a nice kick to them. The beans were okay. My daughter loved the small concha.
The service was very friendly and welcoming.

I came to this spot after hearing so many great things about the food and service, and honestly, it lived up to every bit of the hype. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed and at home. The traditional, cozy atmosphere hits you right away, and I was greeted by a beautiful young lady with amazing customer service.

I ordered a huge burrito, menudo, rice and beans, and some barbacoa tacos. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out in a reasonable time. The service stayed consistent the whole visit. Before leaving, I grabbed some traditional Hispanic sweet bread to take home — perfect way to end the meal.

Overall, my multiple experiences at Rodriguez Bakery have been nothing less than a 100/10 due to not only the food but the customer service! Highly recommend.

The food was so good and authentic. It reminded me of my mom and grandmother’s dishes. The breakfast burritos were so yummy. The menudo was also delicious. And they had the best coffee. Service was also excellent.

The bread is delicious, the food even better. I Love their soups, have to stop once a week to have a bowl or two. Tacos are solid and their rice is surprisingly good.

We came in for the first time on Saturday morning. We sat down and waited for them to come serve us. Mind you we had never been here. A young lady came from the other side and said you order over here turned and walked around. There was a tall skinny girl and a short one which is the one who came and told us you order over here. We were never greeted but gave it the benefit of the doubt. I told them yall should have a sign to let people know you order over here for new customers as myself. The tall one said excuse me? I repeated you guys should have a sign to let people know where to order I’ve never been here so I didn’t know we had to
Order over here. She looked at me very rudely and asked what do you want to order in a very rude tone. Mind you the only reason we came was because this place was highly recommended. We proceeded to order and ordered two coffees and she said o may have enough for one but I can make more. Well she didn’t we made it work with what was there it was enough for two. We received our food. Barbacoa was GREASY AND COLD. The barbacoa tacos were worse with grease. I know barbacoa is greasy so when serving it it should be a little more drained and heated up. Menudo was good I will give them that not to hot but good. My brother in law showed up and ordered coffee and the tall girl still hadn’t put more coffee on. So my husband asked why are you selling coffee if you haven’t made more and you knew you barely had enough for ours she was quiet. Took a while to come take the coffee thermos back to make more. She gave him half a cup of coffee to my brother in law we waited 10 minutes if not more for more coffee to be made. Unfortunately the the food would’ve been bomb if it was served at the right temperature and it was drained from so much grease. It was so greasy that the rice and beans were greasy from that. Unfortunately I know this will probably not reach the people it should. But I hope it does so they can better serve their customers. I did however purchased flour tortillas to bring home. The short girl took care of me and was a little more friendly. But where we sat we could see then doing something in the kitchen and the tall one kind of looked at us and was saying something to the short girl. I think that was very rude but we kept it courteous and I still got a bean taco for my daughter and thanked them. Of customer service is better and food is actually hot and right temperature then we will be back. But we didn’t return any food items as we know what happens when people return food. It may not happen here but you never know.

We were in town for a quick trip. The food here was great and the staff helped us decide what to order. I highly recommend anything with their beans, they are delicious. We tried a few of the breakfast tacos and pastries. I highly recommend this spot.

I was very disappointed to see that they used chopped up French fries instead of cutting up some potatoes. That’s a lazy way to cook traditional Mexican tacos. This place is not the same anymore.
