Your team workin this location deserves a raise they where getting slammed and where short staffed was there at 4:30 pm they may have missed something on my drive thru order but came in and reordered the frys that I didn’t get charged for waited patiently well I let your staff do there job just wanna say thank you to the great employees you have working and its not there fault there coworkers called off but they got the job done! Thank you again for the great service we come here frequently and will continue to!

It’s dumb, but I’m annoyed.
I eat here pretty frequently for its convenience during the work week. I typically order something that requires dipping sauce. Usually French fries or the bacon cheesey tots.
I despise dry food, I always, always, always get something to dip in.
I pay for the dips I order! It’s not breaking the bank by any means. It’s 39¢, but when I repeatedly order sauce, and then receive no sauce for weeks and weeks of ordering?
Where’s the sauce at Burger King?

Decided to stop by this location despite the reviews. I’m glad that we did. The cashier was pleasant, the restaurant was today, the drink area was fully stocked and the restroom had plenty of TP. Everything you could hope for upon entering a building. The play place was already busy at 11am, but we were fine with that and still opted to dine in. The food was hot and fresh, they had the order ready in less than 5 minutes of placing the order and the one mistake (fries were given instead of the ordered onion rings) was corrected immediately without a hassle. We will definitely be returning to this location as it is by our Doctor’s office.

Went there for lunch today. Ordered an original chicken sandwich meal plain with cheese.
What I got was a chicken sandwich with mayo and lettuce on it. The chicken was room temperature. So kot safe to eat. The fries were mid at best.
Not a fan of paying money to throw unsafe food away.

Waited for 6 minutes at the order window without anyone saying anything ordered two hamburgers and a onion ring waited another 10 minutes to make it to the window ( i k ow whats ur thinking, no there was only one car ahead of me) paid spent the next 10 mi utes watching the dumpster fire in the restraunt I counted 5 people on the order side dont know how many were in the back ,watched the work ethic I have come to understand in Fargo’s workers … finally one of the workers just took charge, the shift lead or what ever he was was too busy joking around, and told the back to just get the next order out . At least one of them had some level of customer service.

Did not take my order properly or understand what I meant by a combo. Also a lot of the machines were broken, no shakes, no frosties, or frozen drinks. Bathrooms were trashed.
But can’t say my expectations were too high given I was going to a Burger King for dinner.

OK, hear me out. I haven’t been to Burger King in 5+ years and I was hangry and it was basically life or death. I walked in expecting just a WhopperJr, but instead I got royal treatment. I mean McDonalds doesn’t write my name on the burger wrapper. The fries were golden perfection(only complaint is I needed more salt but I have an unhealthy addiction to salt) the coke freestyle machine was a soda heaven(every flavor was available ) The guy at the counter insisted I take a crown so now you guys officially have a review by royalty. 10/10 recommend Burger King

When you are in a hurry it is not a bad option. Make sure you inventory the items you paid for before you go, I got shorted a bacon king and did not know until well after I got home. I did not bother them because I think people try to scam them constantly and I saw it as more my fault than theirs because I did not look before I left.
