I came here for a strawberry oreo milkshake I was greeted with hi sorry but we can’t make any more orders that are on the fryer because we have so many online orders that we can’t make anything but burgers right now I said OK. I just want this milkshake strawberry with Oreo, he said you can only have one option. I’ve gotten a strawberry Oreo milkshake from this location before very disappointed with somebody who is so overwhelmed. He can’t even make any food so if I wanted burger and fries I would be denied or any of the side options. I would also be denied. Thanks for nothing.

Passed by here earlier this afternoon. I went here to use two coupons. When I walked inside, I noticed three elderly people at the front counter. The two coupons were any size drink for $1.79 and waffle fries for $2.39. The service was smooth, didn’t take long for My order to come.

Went thru the drive thru and got my jalapeno poppers wasn’t asked about what sauce I wanted just to have to go back around to be told they are out ranch and the house dressing. Very poor management if you ALWAYS run out of them. At least they don’t have the AI for their drive thru

I tried the drive through, and I waited few minutes. I was about to drive out and then I heard the server ask for my order. I tried to drive backwards to the speaker. I tried to give my order and nothing happened. I got frustrated and went to the lobby and ordered my food there. I told the clerk what happened and she told me that they had an automated voice to let them know when they a customer in the drive through. I am not going there again.

Trying those new Western Fries. The seasoning is comparable to the Taco Nacho Fries but with a little more strength. It came with a side of Carl’s Jr. BBQ sauce. It was very delicious.
