Ordered chicken sandwich, tacos, burger, pumpkin churros and fries. In order from most favorite to fine: pumpkin churros (!) most yummy, tacos (again, yummy!) chicken sandwich (crispy, yummy sauce) hamburger and last place, fries.

Two cars in drive thru in front of us, still a :30 wait for a small order. Still
got the order wrong…
Did not include a Boba straw with the Boba drink rendering it undrinkable.
Food tasted like the fry grease was over used.
Interaction with employees was difficult. They were rude and dismissive.
Drive thru menu was NOT illuminated at night so had to guess when ordering. Staff didn’t care when mentioned….

Absolute disaster. Waited 20 minutes for my order. When I asked, the lady got upset with me stating it never came up on her screen a that I should have asked sooner. The I was told they didn’t have what I ordered. They then substituted another item but got my second order wrong. Horrible service by horrible people.

Older Filipino lady who helped was very kind. The one star rating is for the lady in the back preparing the food was very rude and yelled at the Filipino lady because I ordered a fried rice and she was practically yelling so I heard everything she was saying. She made the fried rice but my son said it smelt and tasted horrible. Whoever that lady in the back was I wished you showed your face so I could’ve told you straight to your face!!!

Don’t believe their closing hours. We showed up 45 minutes before their posted closing hours (Google). And the staff member on the drive through stated they were closed. Nothing against them, just know the hours posted are not the hours of operation.

we used the kiosk and when we needed to pay with cash there were girls in the back laughing on their phones. this one women who seemed to be in training was phenomenal, very kind and great service from her but the two girls in the back seemed to be laughing on their phones and ended up phoning a peer of theirs. they seemed very disrespectful but we had amazing service from the women in training!

I drove there, and despite the place advertising that it was open, there was nobody around. I spent five minutes saying hello, but there was no response. I really wasted my time. First time in Maui. Wow, I don’t know what to say… really disappointed. Been all over the world, many jack-in-the-boxes, but this one took the crown for the worst one.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in quite some time. We waited at the counter for 15 minutes while watching the employee hand out orders and put food in bags and not one time did she acknowledge us, even as the line behind us got longer. She handled food then finally took our order, overcharged us, then took our money before returning to handle more food. Sanitary?
When we finally got our very simple 2 tacos and water, we noticed another couple who were seated and waiting for their food, which they had ordered before we even came in.
The place was dirty, they were busy, so we couldn’t ask them to unlock the restroom, which they keep locked.
The tacos were delicious and inexpensive. I guess it’s not fine dining and brain cells let alone common sense is not a job requirement.
