I want to gatekeep this place so bad but all I have to say is I come from Wenatchee and I’m addicted to this place… the biria is hands down the best birria iv ever had…. It’s rich and has a bold darkish flavor. Whatever they are doing PLEASE keep it up!!! And the cucumber water?! Nostalgia feeling as I have never seen any Mexican restaurant offer this drink and it brought back memories from Mexico! Plus they are not stingy the portions are good and very filling. I’m already excited for my test trip to get more tacos I hope they move to Wenatchee because Mexican food here SUCKS!

Some of the best taco truck food I’ve ever had. Service was friendly and super quick. The quality beat our expectations for a quick bite on the road, and this is our new main spot when passing through.

These were some of the best tacos we’ve had. The meat was seasoned perfectly. I highly recommend try the asada tacos. We also got the quesotacos with chicken and birria. They were amazing. Prices were very reasonable as well.

Excellent taco truck! Everything was delicious. The rice and beans were very good, lots of flavor. I had 3 queso birria tacos. The meat was tender and flavorful. My wife had asada. It was very good as well, tender, juicy and no pieces of gristle. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Balanced flavor, great prices and portions!
We ordered the adobada (marinated pork) tacos. The adobada was seasoned to perfection. The salsas are full of flavor. Get a grilled jalapeño for an extra kick. The aguas frescas are delicious! A good selection to choose from. Good prices for the portions. Outdoor seating options available. Parking available next to the food truck. For a quick taco, give them a try and see for yourself.

I can’t say I’ve been to every taco truck in Yakima (there are many) but this one is easily the best of those I’ve tried. The quality of the ingredients couldn’t have been better: I had the birria tacos and my wife had something involving lengua, if I remember correctly, and it was all next level! Same goes for the agua fresca. The wait time wasn’t short, but that’s a good sign – they clearly take the time to make everything incredible!

The food is amazing from the specials they always have to the quesa tacos ,sopes , quesadillas,the shrimp tacos words can’t explain lol Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu .MUST TRY … And the girls are great too great customer service hands down my favorite taco truck in town . 10/10
