We came through the drive through tonight waited 15 mins in line after paying for our food and another 5 mins at the window the fries were ice cold they had to ask us what our drinks were we got two dr peppers they gave us 1 diet Dr Pepper and the regular Dr Pepper they gave us tastes like dirt I would of been better off eating a scoop of dirt I am highly disappointed

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been into. This review is not based on just one visit. I personally go here a couple times a week and professionally multiple times daily and receive the same type of service everytime. It takes an unreasonable amount of time to get your food, either in drive thru or at the counter. I understand they get busy but I have gone to other McDonald’s and they have been faster at their busiest times. If dining in, God forbid you have to go back to Get a straw or some condiments. Employees will look right at you and turn back around without acknowledging you. It’s as if they all think “not my job” this has even happened while waiting for my food. Eventually you have to speak up and boldy ask if you can have your food that is sitting right next to them getting cold. Update 7-5-25: still sucks

Fiancee and I had a bit of an issue ordering on the app, no fault of the team, just a glitch. Called them and had them set aside the order as to not mess things up. The workers on duty were Christopher, William, Josh, and Caesar. They did absolutely great! I picked up my order about 20 mins after I should’ve (again, my fault) but they were so kind as to put our drinks in a cooler to keep them cold and gave us fresh fries when I arrived. Excellent service for a rare situation!

Was there Friday around 6pm and ordered a quarter cheese meal meat was burnt and cold and a filet of fish only cheese and received a Big Mac with xtra sauce instead. Horrible service if you place the tickets on the bag doesn’t that mean you checked the order???? There is a big difference between a fish and a hamburger. I’m from out of town and was dropping food off to my fiancé at work so this was very upsetting as there was no time to go back and get it fixed.

This place is terrible about making food incorrectly or not putting all your food in the bag. Also are very very slow at getting your food to you. Don’t fill their fries or drinks all the way and food is sloppy looking.

You might get your order right but it’s about a 50/50 chance it might be your order. Would be awful for someone with a food allergy. Food is pretty much always warm but almost never hot. It’s okay for something simple. It’s pretty fast too but that’s probably because they seem to just hand you whatever bag is ready hoping it’s yours. Also you really have to repeat yourself and really check while ordering and your receipt because you will get things you didn’t order on there. (Ex. I said triple and they put daily double. I don’t know how because those two things sound nothing alike) I think a lot of the issue is they are trying to get you out of there as fast as possible they don’t take time to actually care.

Every single time we order from here, it’s always messed up. Have a cheese allergy? They’ll help you figure it out. Order no cheese you get cheese every single time. Try to outsmart them and order something else, like fish, they’ll just leave out the whole sandwich. It’s always a guessing game, you gonna get your order, or the persons order in FRONT of you. But obviously they need/deserve to be paid more
