I’m really sad that this is not going to be a place I can go to since they don’t know how to read. I waited a few weeks before going today for the first time, thinking I’d give them time to get used to completing orders. It didn’t make a difference. I really wish I had looked at the reviews before going at all. Apparently this isn’t a one off situation. If they don’t get better I see the building being abandoned pretty quick because the place shuts down.
Showing where I asked to have items customized with the spicy sauce removed and paid extra to have sour cream and extra pico added and a you can see, none of the customizations were done. This is equivalent to theft and I don’t go back to a place that’s going to rob me of my hard earned money.
I can’t even blame it on them being in a rush because there were so many cars in the drive thru. One car pulled up behind me as I was leaving.
I will say, the staff is friendly and courteous which is the only redeeming quality of this establishment.

Dave was working the front counter this evening, and welcomed me when I walked in the door. He was extremely professional, cordial, and helpful with my order! We had a big order and everything was correct, fresh and delicious! Great work Team! I appreciate y’all very much.

Sorry to have to write this. I really tried to give it a shot. Are here 3 times in the last week or so. Every time my order was wrong. The last time I went I figured I’d go inside and place it thinking maybe it was being rushed by the drive through. Well that didn’t go over any better in fact it was worse. I added “upgrades” to my meal like extra guacamole but only got the original amount, added potatoes to my tacos but didn’t get them they didn’t even out the right beans. They were supposed to be black beans but they put refried. I’m sorry but I do not like the refried beans. I would have preferred a refund. Added an extra dressing at a cost and didn’t get that. On this order alone I added over $4-$5 worth of “extras” and didn’t get any.
Then on top of all that the tacos weren’t supposed to have cheese. Every time I’ve ordered they put cheese on them. It’s not that hard to remove cheese, I’m sorry but I have a dairy intolerance. The last two times I checked before leaving and had to wait for them to remake them. The other time they tried to just pull off the cheese but I could tell it was still on the tacos.
Oh and lastly they didn’t even make the tacos very well. Putting beans in the middle of the taco isn’t very good.
For a grand opening they really aren’t doing very well.

Super polite, quick service. I mean, its Taco Bell, not a 5 star restaurant. So, for what its supposed to deliver, this location does it very well! Sometimes you just NEED some Taco Bell. When you do, this location is the best.

The unsweetened ice tea is really good and fresh tasting. If you come in early after they open you might want to add a bit more ice as it is still warm from them brewing fresh . Plus on the app you can customize the ice options. I like no ice if I’m taking it home . Sorry but I not a fair judge on the sweet tea. But I do like to add the bit of the lemonade to the unsweetened some times

The employees at this store are really helpful and make the visit enjoyable. I grew up with personal service, not using a computer to place my order. I go kicking and screaming into this new world. But, the young man at the register has twice now made the ordering process easier on me.
The young woman working was also very attentive. Checked on our satisfaction etc.

Completely incompetent and ignorant. Came through the drive thru for my mobile pick up and they proceeded to try to tell me I already picked it up when I didn’t. They then proceeded to park me for over ten minutes without telling me why, when I called the dude had an attitude about it. Sad that this establishment is new and they have management and crew members that act like this.
