Went with a friend to pick up egg nog (which is so good) and decided to splurge on a cone of strawberry ice cream and some apple pie ice cream. Both were delicious. The store was also very clean and orderly. All the shelves were stocked.

Prices for the amount was pretty decent. I had the old fashion with strawberries I’d like the strawberries to taste less canned and more fresh. But I know that’s most places. Is definitely go again if I was in the area to try something different

The staff here has changed for the absolute worst. Spent $40 on 3 shakes and a kids soft serve in a cup. Was handed a scoop of ice cream and when telling them it’s supposed to be soft serve we were told it’s not that big of a difference as they reluctantly fixed it. Then overheard the girl confirming it was supposed to be 2 large shakes and the girl at the window said it’s fine just add extra whip cream to the cup. (For the price of the shakes that’s an absolute no) When handing the girl a 100 dollar bill she held it up and stared at it then asked for a manager who came up to confirm it was real – which it clearly was – but she still wanted is to use something smaller – again no. So the horrible attitude turned worse. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to be handed the container holding the ice cream finding out as soon as we turned out that the girl did not put the shakes in properly and every single one flipped out (except the soft serve) – we go to this establishment typically 3 times a month or more. Have never experienced anything like this. Will absolutely not be back.

Tried their chocolate cake shake, first time … I’m definitely coming back for more! Love the range of ice creams available, along with ice cream cakes! You can dine in if you’d like. The front half is sitting space where you can order and the fridges are slightly towards the center. Plenty of parking in the back. On a sunny day, it may get super busy! Will update once I’ve tried their milk (plain, reduced, and chocolate) enjoy!

Bad service thru the drive thru and I ordered a valentine shake special it looked nothing like the photo and in the photo it had toppings like a wafer and cake pieces I asked the young lady at the window about it and she got a attitude about it telling me it doesn’t come with that .

I came in tonight before closing, and bought 2 regular brownie dessert no nuts extra chocolate syrup. The line was long which was cool no biggie, but after paying 20 bucks for this, the brownies were either burnt, over cooked, or stale these things were like trying to eat chocolate concrete. If you look at the picture at the brownie piece on the right you can see where I had a metal spoon and was really digging into this brownie to break it up, but the thing is hard as a rock. Not sure what is going on here but if its near closing time and your trying to just get rid of stale food or something throw it away dont waste peoples money…seriously
