As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Service at the windows has been hit or miss in the past, due mostly to slow serving. Ordering ahead made that experience a lot better. Checkers has the best spicy chicken in fast food, hands down. It’s not a great choice if you’re looking for a night out but if you just need a quick bite, it remains one of my go-to options.

So the ai that took the order sucked and didn’t put it in ….. The girl that took the order was very courteous and respectful ….. The only problem was when they brought my food I was in a hurry to get the food back to the hospital for my kids to eat and it was missing part of the order …… I called and the man that answered was awesome asked what it was and when I was there and said he would make it when I got there so it was fresh …… He was quick about it and it was all good …. All the food was on point and all in all great spot to eat

A few minutes ago I went through the checkers drive through and ordered a strawberry shake, they gave me a chocolate one and I told them nicely and they proceeded to tell me I ordered chocolate, when I told them no and that I wanted a strawberry they got a very bad attitude, took the chocolate shake which I was fine with bc it’s not what I ordered in the first place. The whole time I was being nice and respectful and told them I was sorry for the inconvenience and I got no answer and was ignored. As I was waiting I saw a lady drop a paper bag on the floor, proceed to pick it up, and put someone’s food inside it. When I got my shake they didn’t even bother to mix it. Me getting the wrong shake was not a big deal but EVERY single time I’ve went to checkers they’ve always been rude and snotty so I will not be going there again.

Went to Checkers at 12pm Waited 35 minutes for 2 #8s Combos no pickle with two sides of cheese and a 2 Medium Diet Coke. Received the wrong order 15mins in, went back got a refund then they told me they couldn’t make my order because they were out so they gave me another refund. I ordered something else off the menu and they still messed it up. Food not fresh at all.

Went here with my family we hadn’t been to checkers in years so, we decided to give it a try for old time sake. Some of the fries were hot, some not so hot. Those little chicken boxes they have are terrible. Thought they would be good for the kids what a waste. I’m just going to say checkers is nothing like they use to be and the best thing were the apple pies.

I arrived to pickup my order at 2:50PM. I was told to please park and they’d bring my order to me. While I waited, other customers were told to do the same. They got their items brought to their cars and were able to leave. Some cars got their orders while in the line. Somewhere in the middle, a guy actually did approach my car and said he forgot to bring my order with him, then never came back. At 3:20PM, I went back to the window and the cashier told me that the first person I talked to told me to park my car, get out and come back to the pickup window, which he did not, and that the other cars I’d seen have orders brought out to them were waiting for something different. She then reaches around the corner and hands me my order that had been sitting there the whole time.
Attitudes of every employee I dealt with were horrible. Nobody knew what was going on.

They always dont get my order right always have to go back always missing something order 8 sandwiches for the family and only got 7 they don’t know how to count or read I told them no onions and they put onions on all sandwiches everyone just standing around I was at the drive thru window for 5 min smh never again going there and they rude 9/18/2025

They always messing my food up. Tonight I order a barbecue bacon sandwich and I got a burger with BBQ sauce and two pickles. That’s if they don’t give me food poisoning which they’ve done twice! Lol the food do be tasty though
