I went with my husband and all I can say is we had a great service. I have to give a big shoutout to our server Calanthia. She is such a sweet and caring lady who made our dinner time delightful. Many blessings to this lady and her family!! Food is always amazing too!!

1 hour and 30mins for my order to be ready. It said it would be ready by 7:45pm and its 8:45pm now. I was standing there about an hour, but im giving good rating because they were sincerely sorry and they gave me credit, plus their food is always good quality here.
Edit: Had to make an update. They, A never put the credit on there, or B the Pizza Hut app when change to number log in screw things up and lost the credit. Ether way the food was good but the experience was not and now being lie to made it worst. Since I moved I won’t have to order here no longer.

My family and I have visited this Pizza Hut a few times. What makes it truly special is that it’s one of the few dine-in Pizza Huts left in the Orlando area, giving it a nostalgic and cozy feel.
The service here is always fast, and the times we’ve been there the food has tasted great. What really stands out, though, is the amazing staff—especially Calanthia. She is extremely friendly and attentive, always checking to make sure everything is good and that we have everything we need. She even adds a fun, personal touch to the receipts, decorating them with cute stickers and friendly phrases, which always makes us smile.
If you’re looking for great pizza, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go!

Triple Treat Box I go with my children to pick up and some employee that I wish, I got his name. Tell me don’t have non of boxes. However, I can see in the shell two complete packets with possible 100 of them in each one. Even I gave them a 22% tips. I know what I’m giving them next time. Pour customer services. Pizza hut It should be a shame to have this type of employee working there.

Fantastic. Haven’t been to a Pizza Hut since I was younger and this was as great as I remember. Food was awesome, and honestly some of the best service (kudos to Nancy) I’ve gotten in a restaurant in a long time. Highly recommended.

The buffet was very good. Only complaint is they never brought out cheese and pepperoni. Only cheese and pepperoni and mushroom, or sausage. Picked off the sausage, but cheese and pepperoni is usually a staple. No salad bar, but the server will bring out a salad.

If you think your going to order a pizza from here and get anything shy of a horrible experience almost 2 hours later think again !! Ordered the new fantastic big new Yorker the way I remembered it from years ago and was in for a huge surprise. Not even microwavable when delivered. Looks like some fancy bread. No sauce , very little cheese and definitely no more pepperoni than what should be a personal pan pizza !! Will never call again

Stopped in to have dinner since I haven’t seen a Pizza Hut location that had the restaurant inside and quite some time. Staff very friendly. Are waitress went out of her way thank you so much! We will be returning soon

Finally found a dine-in Pizza Hut and it did not disappoint!! We have always enjoyed going to Pizza Hut for a night out to dinner and it has been nearly impossible to find a restaurant with dine-in since COVID. We were so glad we found this Pizza Hut and everything was delicious. Service was good and the pizza was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back!
