My family of 7 stopped at Maurices on our way back home to Delaware and it did not disappoint. Everyone got the brisket sandwich and we were all beyond satisfied with everything. The brisket was super tender and had an all around great taste to it. Wish we lived closer. Definitely recommend stopping if you’re in the area or driving through.

What a great experience. Came in looking for some rice and hash and the team let us sample it first. We loved it and ordered so to eat in and to take home. They got us some frozen pints since we were traveling a ways. They all made sure everything was great and even sent us home with a few snacks. You should definitely try out this place!

Nice play for BBQ. However, not big on mustard based BBQ sauce. The food is great..the onion rings are on point and probably the best I’ve had and are home made! Recommend getting sauce on side. Just my preference on BBQ sauce. The place is well priced and give you nice portions for the price you pay.

Wow. I am from Raleigh NC and we do BBQ vinegar based style. So I wanted to try SC BBQ. This place was the best to do it. I had never heard of mustard based BBQ before! This BBQ was amazing. I had never heard of SC Hash before either…it is the BBQ ground with potatoes, onions peppers. They put on top of rice. It was delicious!!!! All of it was FANTASTIC. Everything came out fast,hot and delicious. And the atmosphere simply amazing. I love the cabin!! The kid behind the counter taking our order was so friendly and also made us chuckle a few times. The whole staff seemed helpful and kind…….this is a hidden gem of a place in Columbia SC!!! I will be back. I saw a sign on the outside under new management. Not sure the history beforehand but who ever is running it now is doing a great job. OH AND LOVE THE 80s MUSIC!

Daniel (or maybe David — sorry if I got the name wrong!) was absolutely top-notch — friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Great service like that makes all the difference! Highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t already.

Had an awesome time here with very friendly top-notch service and killer BBQ. Seriously, the food is next level! you gotta try the pulled chicken, wings, brisket, coleslaw, and these amazing things called hush puppies. Never seen them but omg they were anmazing! All insanely good. The ending was sweet potato casserole and WOAHHH

Its fine but very overpriced. Its near $25 for a bbq plate and $16 for a brisket sandwich with no drink. Tasted fine but the brisket was a bit fatty. Fries were alright. The green beans were terrible though. Tasted like metal.

Me and my husband went through drive though today and the cashier was very rude. He spoke very aggressively and short with an attitude. I love their food but today we passed on it and left. Very upsetting
