i had an absolutely fantastic experience here, and it was all thanks to Emerald! From the moment I sat down, she was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and provided some of the best service I’ve had in a long time.

Very delicious food and amazing service. The food was served pretty fast and the waiters and waitresses were very nice. The food prices were reasonable but could be a little lower. They serve breakfast the entire day which is pretty good. We ordered their steak and eggs and the breakfast burrito. Both were pretty big portions and tasted very fresh and delicious.

I grew up in chino and have never tried Toms until now, let me tell you how much I’ve missed out on!
Once you walk in you are greeted with such a warm friendly aura. I got the bacon cheeseburger and I fell in love, they have such fresh ingredients and amazing taste! The fries are crisp and the ranch is to die for! I got my order in a quick manner as well! The staff is very attentive and friendly, everyone gives a family vibe I truly felt at home and comfortable! Since christmas is around the corner they decorated so cute as well with life sized santa and star wars. 10/10 definitely recommend for some tasty, juicy old fashioned burgers!!:)

Excellent service. The staff was amazing! Very attentive to making us feel welcome and that we had refills and anything else we needed for our meal. Brought my family here to try this spot. That I have passed by many times and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Thier food was great the staff were very friendly and would passed by and ask if everything was OK or if we needed anything else. The way they treated my family was like if I had been coming here for years great energy from everyone. I will definitely will be back and bring my family. Keep up the good work if I could I would give this place a 10/10.

This restaurant has been our one place to eat whenever we are in the neighborhood. Wendy and Irma were so helpful and always happy to help ! Angel the chef was very accommodating which we REALLY appreciate because we have allergies!! No problem here @ Toms !! And Luz made us our favorite salad choc full of healthy fresh veggies crisp and delicious . Made to our liking as always with pickles and extra red onions yum!! Jesse the manager is doing a fantastic job . Everyone always so kind& food so good! EAT at TOMs in Chino.

Stop by today for the first time, went out of my way all the way from Ontario, cause a friend recommended it, READ ALL….FOOD IS GOOD… this is what I found, like I said food is good, price is fair….I left no tip…and this is why….we order (me and g-kid) one bfast special with the strawberry pancake…order sat at a table, they ask you wich table you want, and you tell them the table number, I got 1 brakefast, 1 og, 1 coffee 1 side of toast 23.00 bucks

No silverware, 5+ minutes later, toast and silverware arrived
Toast had no butter not sure if this is how they serve it, had to go ask for it.
