I ordered three sushi rolls to-go around 6:45 pm Sunday night and was really disappointed with the quality. Two of the rolls were basically inedible. The spicy tuna was very chewy and mushy, had almost no flavor, and the fish on top of the rolls were chewy. I’ve also never seen such red mushy spicy tuna. By the time I got home (about a 12-minute drive) the rolls were room temperature, which was already concerning!
When placing my order, I also requested extra ginger and ponzu on the side but only received soy sauce which again is super disappointing.
I normally don’t complain about food and usually just let things go, but I spent about $50 and expected better quality.
I waited to leave a review because I wanted to speak with the restaurant first and give them the opportunity to help. I was told they would not issue a refund because I didn’t call the same night and didn’t have proof that the food was uneaten or not at temperature. I’ll attach photos below, the only reason I didn’t call the night of was because complaining is uncomfortable for me, which I guess is my bad. I tried calling the next morning but they were closed on Monday, so I called Tuesday/ today.
I understand businesses have policies, but it was disappointing to spend that much on food I couldn’t eat and then not have it resolved. I hope they can improve consistency and customer service going forward. I waited to post this because I wanted to speak with the restaurant first, but the lady I spoke to was rude and refused to help because I’m the “only person who’s complained in 12 years “ lol. I understand having policies, but the lack of flexibility and the poor quality of the food means I can’t recommend this spot & won’t be back.

Centrally located in Palm coast. Great place to snag a tasty and healthy lunch. I have enjoyed sushi here several times. They have my required item: Ikura- salmon roe- and all your other favorites. I have only ordered sushi here so can not speak to the quality of the Thai.
The setting is very good. Large fish tank, good booths, kids enjoyed their time here as well. Delicious salad. Do recommend.

Great first sushi meal since moving to Palm Coast. A relatively small, unassuming spot in a strip with about a dozen other businesses, we were thoroughly impressed with the meal and the service.
Both appetizers and entrees packed a lot of flavor and our server was attentive and checked in the perfect frequency and was very friendly and even shared her personal favorite item.

Oh my GOD, what an amazing find in Palm Coast. Visiting from Chicago and this is the best food I had in Florida. Delightful rolls (I had the house Mango roll and it was amazing), great Udon, fantastic Teriyaki, taro boba! The owner even gave my mother in law “trainer chopsticks” when she saw us teaching her. Big menu, you will definitely find something to love. Do not miss!!!

I am making this review as I enjoy their sushi. It is so good that I have to write this now. The lady waiting is so attentive that I do not even have to ask what I need. She is on it! She can run this place in her sleep. I had their lunch sushi and it’s better than expected. They have a great following and they know everybody who comes in like they are family. I am glad to have found this place!

Was super quiet, love sitting at the bar while they made the sushi. I would highly recommend the Hawaiian roll. The lobster roll the shrimp tempura roll and the dragon roll 100% the best sushi place we’ve been to in Palm Coast Florida have yet to discover the rest of Florida, but all in all fantastic service and food.
