Normal Taco Bell, staff was nice. We ate inside and it was clean. We had soft shell tacos , crunchwrap supreme, seven layer burrito, cool ranch DLT and a beef crunchy taco. It was all good. I will return to this location

If I could give zero stars I will. I usually stop here once every 2-3 weeks. My daughter loves Taco Bell and usually requests this on the way to practice. Never had any issues with this location honestly I don’t even know what the issue was today. Every time I stop here I do the same thing I go through the drive thru park in the parking lot eat throw out the trash and use the restroom. I’m always in a sort of hurry so I prefer to eat in the car than to take out all the kids and eat inside. Well today I did the same exact thing except my daughter really had to use the restroom before she ate. She tossed out a small McDonald’s garbage bag with an empty fry container and two Apple pie boxes. She comes out and everything is fine. I go in and throw away a half empty (frozen) McDonald’s cup and then proceed to use the restroom. On my way out the manager stops me and tells me I’m not allowed to throw away garbage in their cans that’s not from Taco Bell. My response was I didn’t know what the issue was it’s garbage and there was no trash cans outside. Plus I am a paying customer who purchased food. She proceeded to repeat the same thing and as confused as I was I just walked out. I mean it’s garbage I didn’t see what the issue was it’s garbage and I am a paying customer I spent $20.74. So anyway fast forward we finish eating our Taco Bell and I send my daughter to throw away the trash. This is where it gets weird, both the manager and drive thru employee follow my daughter until she exits the building and proceeded to take photos of her, my vehicle/plate and called the cops on us. They’re pointing directly at us and taking photos and my daughter mentioned they were saying stuff about us. Honestly felt harassed by their employees I don’t think we did anything wrong I don’t think it’s a crime/against the law to sit in the car and eat with my children and throw away the trash. Please if you like to sit in the car with your children and eat this isn’t the place to do it. They will harass you and call the cops on you. Never had a bad experience anywhere I go. I do this often since it’s easier then getting off with multiple children.

This location has the worse customer service!. Since the very start when my husband and I came in the Hispanic short dark skinned girl seen us and ignored us nobody was there and no cars were in the drive thru!! She did not bother to come and take our order or even greet as a customer! Got the food but forgot our drinks. She did not give us no cups for our drinks and when we asked for them she gave an attitude asking the size like do they not look at the receipts when getting the order ready? So now is our fault? Unbelievable! When we were done eating our food I went to the counter All I needed was a paper bag and even for that the short Hispanic girl and her Hispanic boyfriend ignored me after seeing me by the counter mind you I made eye contact with both of them and they turned away acting like we didn’t just make eye contact. I then started waving at them. The both of them were in the back together BOTH saw me but still ignored me. No customer service skills like “I’ll be right with you” or give me a second NOTHING! I had to grab my own paper bag and all the girl did was just LAUGH!! A white couple came in she then almost ran to the counter it be your OWN PEOPLE! POR ESO LA RAZA NO SALE ADELANTE!!! And that’s what I told the girl before I left and what did she do STICK THE MIDDLE FINGER AT ME infront of the couple trying to order their food she kept arguing with me saying she didn’t care so i told her to do it again for the camera but ofc she didn’t my husband went to ask her for her name and tell her how rude she was and her boyfriend came to the front acting like he was trying to throw himself at my husband and punch him saying not to talk to her like that and that he is the B word and continues to say if you hit me you going to jail like if he didn’t just threaten to hit my husband yet they were the ones trying to call the cops?! We told them to call the cops!! He kept calling him the B word. It took all that for everyone that was actually in the back to come to the front I guess they were not short staffed to begin with and just decided to ignore us instead! There was no manger on the floor to report these young rude kids this occurred at 6:30 PM today Wednesday 3/18/25 There should be atleast one manager babysitting these kids! This girl needs to be fired laughing sticking the middle finger she’s a disrespectful person that shouldn’t be working there! If they are so busy then close the dinning area! There should be atleast one person in the front register if there are people present and not just left unattended. Called the store to speak to a manager and the manager Karen said she was just coming in at 7:40pm and WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE SITUATION and was just a part time manager! She said she couldn’t do anything about it! So much for being the “ Manager “ will be calling corporate to report them she did not want to give names but will make sure to bring up the day and time of shift so the cameras can be looked at because this was the worst experience ever! I am glad I have her face on video arguing infront of the customers.

I get Taco Bell often with my family, and know my favorite order by now so the food isn’t the issue. I had came here the other night with my dad since I’m a new driver and I haven’t driven through a proper drive thru yet, so I had parked before going through so I can figure out my families order before going. I go through and when I get to the thing you order at, I was greeted by someone who ended up giving me a few laughs while asking “how many did you say?” After I said an order of 4 tacos that I had been reading off of a text from my brother. I continued ordering, trying to give hope that she simply couldn’t hear and the system is what’s wrong. I go up to the window (the wrong one at first since I hadn’t realized I was meant to go to the last window) and while waiting I have my dog in the car who is definitely means well and wants to protect but doesn’t realize that the taco bell is harmless so he was barking, leaving the window rolled up until she opened hers. She opened her window and I open mine but realized I never even parked the car so I park it and look over to see the girl who I’ve been rooting for this whole time roll her eyes at me and look left and right as if I had been doing something absolutely crazy. I was beyond surprised by the way I was treated by Brianna R (as said on the receipt) since she looked like someone around my age I might’ve known. I also had to calm my dad from yelling through the car since he watched everything unfold and told me that this is concerning customer service but he respected my wishes to not cause a scene. Don’t worry though everyone I did indeed hit the curb while leaving the parking lot so that she could really tell I was a new driver lol.

They did not get my order correct . I am glad I always double check my order before I go. My item was just sitting on the counter by the cook area. The item was already bagged up, because they knew they forgot to put it in the bag. Always check your food.

Incredibly fast and delicious Taco Bell! Anymore it seems like a good Taco Bell is hard to find, but this one never fails. It seemed like they were handing me my order as the order finished leaving my mouth. Plus, the food was hot and cheap, just like fast food is supposed to be! Go here!
