M.L.Rose Neighborhood Pub is a locally owned group of lively, laid-back pubs, founded in Nashville, TN in 2008. The original Melrose location quickly became a local favorite—a go-to hangout for friends, family and neighbors where you could get out without getting fancy.
Every M.L.Rose offers an eclectic, lived-in space with seasonal beer and cocktails, delicious pub fare and burgers, and those famously crisp waffle fries. More than anything, M.L.Rose is about being a good neighbor—bringing people together and adding a spark of energy and community to every neighborhood we’re in.

When we have a poor experience at a restaurant, we usually say nothing and just never go back. But the food we received tonight at ML Rose in Franklin warranted this review. It was terrible. We ordered the Grilled Chicken Nachos and a side of Onion Rings. I can’t believe these would even be brought to any customer’s table. The pictures should say it all. Even though this is 5 minutes from our house, we will never go back.

The restaurant was clean, with the service friendly but a bit slow, with it not being that busy when we arrived. The beers were a little on the high side of the price range, but not by much these days. They had a good number of taps available. The burgers were flavored well and the waffle fries were crispy. It’s worth a try if you are in the market for a new option.

Waitress: Juliana was super polite and straight to the point with great customer service. She made sure we got everything we needed with our food.
The hamburger was fantastic—totally hit the spot! I was on a diet today, but honestly, I couldn’t resist. It was so tasty, it was like it was on fire! The fries were really good, and my favorite—onion rings—were ok, not too crispy 🙁 . Plus, the restrooms were spotless, which is always a bonus!
The menu has a lot of options, especially for drinks—it’s like a dictionary with thousands of beers to suit every taste. Have fun exploring!
I definitely recommend this place. You’ll have a great time!

New location in town, tried it for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised! Lots of seating indoor and out, they have a great brunch, and a special brunch menu at that. All the food that me and my friends had was delicious, whether it be a burger or that amazing breakfast burrito! Sweet potato fries are delicious. Also had a very pleasant experience with the waitress, friendly staff and overall really good time.

I came into ML Rose today to grab a quick bite to eat and let me just say it was amazing. I’m not one to write a review but after this experience I have to. First of all you can never go wrong with those pretzels. My server, Connor was very attentive and helpful. I deal with SEVERE stomach problems and he was able to quickly suggest a salad that was delicious! Safe to say I didn’t have any stomach issues after and it’s all thanks to Connor. I will definitely be back again soon!

First of all, my wife and I arrived to this location around 6pm, lot had a few cars but not full. We go inside, and it looks to be about half full. We were then told it would be a 15 min wait? Plenty of tables and booths open, so we proceed to stand there for 15 minutes looking at these open tables and wondering what the deal is.
So we finally get seated, and all I want is a double smash burger with swiss cheese and mushrooms. Guess I should have asked what this burger would cost? After getting the bill I see the double smash burger is $14.99, plus $1 for cheese and 79 cents for the mushrooms, total for this burger being $16.78 before tax! Then I opted for onion rings, another $2 added and I literally got 5 small onion rings! Should I have complained? Probably, but I am one of those who doesn’t complain I just do not go back to the establishment.
My total bill with tax and tip was close to $25, for a burger, onion rings and tea. Absolutely ridiculous, and I could have gone to Culver’s and gotten a bigger better burger for a 1/3 of the price. My last time here, not sure how they can stay in business charging these prices for what you get!

Daniella was a very attentive and welcoming server. She made sure our dog was well attended to as well. We didn’t feel like we were waiting on anything and it was basically the ideal customer service for a restaurant experience. Coming from two former service industry veterans! We’ll be back, she set the bar high. See y’all again soon! Buckminster the dog says thanks for the pets from Anna hosting up front.

Located off Columbia Avenue in Franklin, TN, this craft burger restaurant has a menu of some unique hamburger and sandwich options. I had the GOAT burger which is a turkey burger with goat cheese, pesto, lettuce, and tomato served with waffle fries. The burger had great flavors. The fries were crispy and salty. I would get the GOAT again! Hubby had the Jamburger which has a red pepper jam and crispy onions on it. We both ate some of it and both of us thought it was “okay.” The red pepper jam was more like a salsa flavor to us. Hubby was VERY impressed with their craft beer selection. He is a big fan of brown ales, and they had four that he sampled before ordering the Middle Ground Brown Ale. Our server was very friendly and helpful at first. After checking on us right after our food was delivered to the table, she never checked on my water/refilled it. I finished my meal with nothing to drink. They sometimes have trivia nights but the night we went was not one of them. They have a Friends trivia night coming up on January 27, 2025.

I go often enough to know what to avoid on the food menu. Many food items (wings and Brussel Sprouts) are hit and miss. Sometimes service is great and sometimes you get no follow-up especially from MANAGEMENT.
The Happy hour and the trivia night constantly is changing, I mean i can understand with the wide selection of beers, those will change but it’s a new surprise every month. It’s a great place for all of us that live within 1/2 a mile to hang, i just wish there was consistency in food, service and management.
I also lost all my points prior to January of which asked to speak to the manager twice but never received follow-up, hence my reference to POOR management. Loyalty should be the first thing on the list .
