Absolutely love this pizza! Abby’s is one of the best chain pizza places on the West Coast. Very flavorful crust with a really nice sauce and old fashioned crunchy pepperoni. Pizzas are always made to perfection and service is quick and seamless.

My husband and I always go there to the Crater lake hwy and eat, pizza is always great but tonight I had an awful experience with the Manager Clint whom I had never seen him there before. My husband and I were playing video lottery, when I mentioned to my husband in Spanish that the machines were not paying tonight and this Manager interrupted me rudely saying “I speak Spanish and if your not happy then leave”he said to us, then I said to him I did not say anything wrong so please stop being rude, he then said to leave if I wasn’t happy i said nothing wrong. Now that’s what I call bad customer service, I feel that it was none of his business to interfere while talking to my husband. Its obvious that his he has no bilinqual skills and should be better trained in respecting his customers and should not be working there especially as a manager.

Fried chicken and spuds were pretty good. Not a very attentive staff. Guy just standing at the front on his phone totally ignoring customers. Walked right by me with his head buried in is phone. Didn’t even look at me.

The lunch special was SO Great that I gave it away as a birthday present. Taco 7″ pizza, his son said to get him a diet soda, side salad & side Parmesan potatoes. He was Very Grateful, as he’s homebound. I sent him a picture of a birthday cake (low-cal version). He really felt like he was celebrating in style!

The inside of the building is a little old and dingy. However the food as always is Amazing and the staff is friendly. The price is getting a little to high so I don’t eat here as much as I would like to. But every time I eat a different pizza place im always disappointed cause its not as good as Abby’s.

The best pizza! Then I was a kid, we would get Abby’s Pizza when we traveled to Oregon and we always looked forward to it. Life changed and I had not had their pizza in many years. When traveling through again I decided to go to Abby’s and was prepared to be disappointed. The pizza is every bit as good as I remember! I’ve got my family hooked on it so we make a point of eating there every time we are in Oregon.

I need only summon a picture in your minds eye…””Flash”The Dmv Sloth from the move Zootopia” it was amazing, surreal and test of patience just simply paying for my order that I had called in. My order consisted of a giant half and half, order of parm spuds and cinnamon knots or whatever. Key to my pizza order was a side of sliced tomatoes that I always order. They had taped all the boxes closes for some reason or another so I had to assume everything was there…however, I should have known better, like usual, something was missing and it was my tomatoes god love me, if it wasn’t Abby’s I would lose my mind with how many times they have screwed up my order.
