I went into this dominos on s dobson on 11/23/25 I ordered instore but online and sat there and waited for my order I ordered 4 things a pepperoni pizza a replica of a bbq chicken pizza from the medium 6.99 options so bbq sauce chicken and onions as toppings. I get home and my pizza is chicken a bacon. This pizza is my pizza the others were for my guest. I called and spoke to the so called store manager Edgar who shouldn’t be a manager let alone in the food retail customer service industry. The customer service in this country is already going to crap. I told him what happened he asked how he could make it right credit me or make another for me to come pick up. It’s raining like crazy and my friend had to drive me I said no please remake it and have it delivered it was my dinner. He said I can’t do that why can’t you come get it. I said why should I have to drive no mater short or long distance and waste my gas and drive in bad weather I already drove in so you can make it right. His answer I can’t send a driver there’s not a way to do that in the system! Why is now people in the retail/ retail food industry can’t function in life without buttons telling them what to do? I said you need a button so the cars drive! Why can’t you run it through like a cary out and send the driver. Oh I cat do that there’s no way to set that up. Ummm yes send the driver after you make the pizza take my address and send them ya they aren’t getting a tip but they work for the same company that messed up and they as well get paid by the hour so it’s not like they aren’t getting their hourly. This is crazy and then he was like why can’t you drive. I said what if I was allergic to it and I ended up in the hospital from your mistake his answer well the you wouldn’t want another pizza. At that point my brain exploded and I hung up I will be calling corporate tomorrow companies need to start the thinking about who they are putting as managers because they are hiring and promoting people that are hurting their businesses just to save a few bucks and pay them less!!!!!!

This dominos location is by far my favorite. If you want delivery, they are incredibly quick to bring you your order, if you want to eat in, they offer you plates and napkins and you can eat in store as well. My favorite driver is Andrea, shes so kind and sweet when she comes. I love seeing she is who is delivering my order. Thank you so much Andrea for being such an amazing human being, when its so hard to find it the world these days!

WATCH OUT FOR STICKERS IN YOUR FOOD!!Would have loved to resolve this with a free cheesy bread.. but they refused to honor it when I requested it. So now I have to request my money back directly from the GM. Was told to come back the next morning. Further inconveniencing me for something that should have just not been cooked with plastic in it in the first place. I’ll be by for my refund when it’s convenient to me.

I got there early so I had to wait a minute. As I sat there a driver came in with his delivery bag. He put the bag down. Put on an apron, then went right to the cut station. NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS.. I asked to speak to the manager but they never came up to talk to me.
That is why I’m giving them all one stars. I will never go back to this location!!!

Workers welcome you in, and dont assist you until they are done making their order. They asked me if it was pick up or placing an order, I wanted to place an order and all the girl said was “your gonna have to wait” I then waited for 15min until she took my order. I now have to wait another 15 for it to be ready. Very rude and not a friendly environment. I wont be coming here again

The food is always delicious but the way it looks, the pizza is always cut way crooked, even had a slice cut in the middle one time. Tonight I had to say something finally, the food again was delicious but the quality it was prepared in is lacking severely. If I didn’t like the food so much I’d stop being a customer.

Driver showed up with pizzas one of them was smashed on half the side (probably from a rough turn) we called for a resend and the person on the phone was very rude after agreeing to send another pizza, hung up on us while talking. We tried the garlic knots and they were barely cooked, still doughy, so we call and ask for a refund and we will return all the items, we are told we will get the refund it “when they can get to us” and said if we don’t receive it within the hour we need to call again. Just a very unsatisfactory service from this Dominoes.

Ordered dominos for dinner and was excited to try the hand pan pizza. I’ve only had it once before, so I was looking forward to it! Unfortunately, once I received my order the pizza was BURNT and UNCUT. The boneless chicken was also BURNT and dry. I ordered ranch and marinara sauce that could have helped make the food taste better than burnt crust, but I did not receive either sauce. Very disappointed!

Unfortunately,I had to pick up my order because I had cash. I only had hundreds and when I arrived I tried to purchase the pizza I was quickly mention of how they don’t take no hundred dollars bill rudely and no advice of how to get changed or other form of payment.I was Inconvenience to go down the street to break a hundred dollar bill and come to pay for the order. The young lady who took my order was very nice and she is the only reason this domino’s location has any stars from me. I understand I didn’t have the right cash tender amount but there is a better way of talking to customers and my food was cold by the time I got home because of the delay. Do better guys.
