I always enjoy this place. The drive through is amazing. Sarah is awesome. She always greets you with a smile and always makes you feel welcome. Not to mention the other workers are awesome as well. The food is delicious. I get the chicken bites. They’re always fresh and hot and sometimes that’s all in an extra biscuit if I go through there in the mornings and they have extra breakfast during lunchtime this little Chick-fil-A is really nice. I really like the employees. The parking lot is always clean, I never have time to go inside, but I do go through the drive-through all the time. My food is always hot and delicious. The sweet tea is amazing. I did try the fruit cup for the very first time this time and none of the fruit was brown. It was all fresh and perfect Delicious. I will be going back.

Slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Even when you do a mobile order, it takes them a long time to get your food to you. The food tastes great, but all the other restaurants have figured out the fast part of fast food.
10/9/25 update: Still slow. Going through the “mobile thru” line should make it quicker but still sat in line for over 8 minutes to get my food and another 3 minutes bc the vehicle in front of me didn’t receive their food yet. On top of that, I didn’t get my chicken biscuit with egg and cheese, I got a chicken biscuit with bacon and cheese.
11/4 update: they still don’t know how to deliver orders as they come in. They bring me my order when I am 5th in line and have to wait in line for the first vehicle to get their order. 6 minutes just sitting there. No one moving the line to get the others in the front to move up and get out of the way for others to leave like every other fast food place does.
12/3 update: they still don’t know how to deliver their food in order it was placed. I received my food while third in line and had to wait for them to move. MobileThru is supposed to be quicker but it seems it takes longer. They also don’t understand light ice. Half of my drink was ice.

Went to Chick Fil A today. First time in Louisiana. I have to say compared to Virginia they do their parking lots and drive thru right. Ample parking. Huge drive thru. It was crowded upon going in but the staff handled the crowd easily and my order was taken pretty quick. I was a bit nervous when I read other reviews about the salad however my salad was perfect. I got the Cobb Salad with ranch dressing. Everything was fresh and delicious. Service was good and with all the foot traffic they did an amazing job keeping everything clean. I really enjoyed my visit and staff was courteous and great! Good job Chick Fil A!!

I usually only order for myself and not have a problem, but I had 4 orders this time (I decided not to do them separate so I wouldn’t have any issues) but the lady who took my order was quite rude and passive aggressive. I asked for the tender meal and didn’t specify because I wasn’t sure what options they had, and when I asked if they had a 4 ct she goes “well I put 3 ct since you didn’t specify” like yeah that’s why I’m asking now. All the workers just seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

Chick-fil-A just doesn’t disappoint. You could be in the worst part of town USA and the Chick-fil-A will still be held to it’s astronomical standard! Food is always top tier of the fast food world and service is impeccable!

I stopped at this Chick-fil-A for a quick breakfast while driving through the area. Surprisingly it wasn’t very busy. I ordered the egg bites, chicken minis and a lemonade, then quickly moved to the front of the line. Once I got to the front, it took a bit longer than expected to get the food. I’ve had better egg bites at other locations (maybe because the temperature could have been a tad warmer). Also, I didn’t get the Splenda that I requested. I had to wait for the nice young lady to come back outside to flag her down to ask about it. She quickly brought the Splenda, so I was very impressed with her service. I was just disappointed in the egg bites and the fact that the Splenda wasn’t initially included.

I go to this location 2-4 times per week. Genuinely worst CFA I’ve EVER been too. No exaggeration, the past SEVEN times IN A ROW that I’ve gone here my order was wrong. Never had another Chick-fil-A mess up my order at all much less seven times in row. It’s straight up BAD.

For quite some time now, have been given multiple salad container’s filled with
BROWN ROTTEN LETTUCE was literally had some piece’s with dark brown OOZING LIQUID that was sticky = GROSS!!!
BEWARE!!!!
JUST hold the salad container lid securely and then FLIP THE SALAD BOWL OVER and see FOR YOURSELF how HORRIFIC the LETTUCE is!!! THIS IS UNHEALTHY, NOT SAFE!!!!! ((Everyone knows and understands that lettuce, just like apples and bananas, will turn brown……but every single piece was a mid to DARK BROWN color and had dark green welted piece’s that had holes like pests had eaten it too!!!
