This KFC is altering the foil bowl for the chicken pot pie, therefore reducing the amount of filling inside the chicken pot pie. This means the nutrition facts KFC is providing is not accurate for what this location is serving. This location should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered 4 chicken pot pies and all 4 were the same with the bottom of the bowl crumbled and dented up to make it smaller. Even then, the pot pie was not filled enough to keep the top of the crust from collapsing down. The filling barely covered the bottom of the bowl. This location is robbing their customers with these cost cutting measures and does not represent KFC values. I certainly don’t want to eat what little filing you provided from a crumbled bowl.

This is my 5 year olds favorite place. The food was delicious and hot. The staff were all very friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable ordering on her own and asking for things she needed (like a to go box). The building itself could use a little updating and fixing because the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

3rd time going to KFC and it felt like there was no one here. I got starry and tropicana of course, very tasty. The chicken tenders were really good, and I even go more when I was done, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because every time I go to KFC, there’s always something hard that I can’t chew inside the chicken, and I get boneless all the time. At the end of the day, I give KFC a high tier 4 stars. YOU SHOULD COME HERE!

I eat at another KFC about twice a month. Always enjoy it. But not at this location.
The chicken must have been on the warming tray for hours. So dry I could not eat it. I took it off the bone and gave it to the dog.
The lemonade had some kind of chemical taste. Maybe soap.

Went and ordered food was out in like under 10 minutes. Got the $24 meal with 6 pieces with like 3 sides i think and bisquits. Sides were a lil small but it was still good. And I got a lemon cake. Drink too. All about $36. Out in under 10 minutes. Fantastic. Was not busy at time. Young man at counter was wonderful sorry I didnt get name. Food was great..just like I remembered growing up.UPDATE3/6/26 I went around 8pm got $20meal 4drums4thighs(my fav) sides are small,but tasty! Biscuits so good! Waited on right away not busy but had my items in less then 10 min.Only downside ice machine for drinks was out but drink was cold so all good. Ty for hot food n fast service

Came to pick up a to-go order on February 14th at 9:40pm through the drive-thru since the restaurant’s lights were off and it looked as though the lobby was closed. Once I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up the call ahead order I was told by an employee the order wasn’t ready & it will be best if I came inside the lobby to pickup.
When I entered the dimly lit restaurant to wait for the order to be ready; not only was the order ready but it was ice cold.
The young man who handed the to go order to me had a sarcastic tone and said how nice to see you & here’s the to go order.
Hopefully the owner is reading this and lets the dishonest male employee with short brown hair go. He clearly does not want customers to return here and spend money.

My order had to be repeated 3x, no biggie but then my order had 2 errors and most of my food was old and dry like it had been sitting for hours but this was lunchtime when the food should have been fresh. That’s not the worst part, though. We came in to eat inside. One door was blocked off, so you had to walk around. No big deal also, right!? Except, the area was dangerous on the inside and not properly blocked off. Before we ordered, my daughter and I went to use the bathroom, and it was not very good. This should’ve clued me in to looking around before ordering, but she’s little, and I knew she was really hungry. I mean, it’s 2024, and there was a really old 80s-style wallpaper border on the wall by the ceiling for starts. Everything was in bad shape. Ok, sorry to skip around. Back to the order. While waiting for our order to be fixed, I started looking around, and it was beyond shocking. So I looked even more. The place was not just in complete disarray, but it looked unsanitary because there was all this wallpaper peeling off the walls, revealing— black mold. I kid you not. So I took pics of other things. This place is run down and run by someone who is not willing to invest. That tells me they aren’t going to take care of their customers. The fries were inedible, and the chicken was so dry. When we left, I looked around, and there was spray paint all over the sidewalk and stuff where they did a lousy paintjob… Fast food can bring in big bucks. I know it’s not the most popular chain restaurant but come on. Someone (and not just the owners) is doing a lousy job and should shut this store down. Also, what is with the Halloween decorations!?

Although the staff was friendly and nice and the food was good, the building is in disrepair. The wall paper is falling off walls and the drywall has holes in it. I also looked at the soda dispenser for cleanliness, and it appeared that there was mold in the clean plastic cover to the ice maker. I will not be going back.

Just terrible. I mean staff alone was just disrespectful. Karen the manager just has no patience but works at a job that kind of requires it …. Especially customer service she lacks that and will not hesitate to express her feelings of waiting on someone to decide their order or asking others what they want to eat within, just a disrespectful set of people especially when it comes to FOOD is just crazy. Wouldn’t TRUST them to handle my food what so ever!
