No better than any of the other taco bells. Have ordered twice since they opened. The first time I ordered it took SO LONG to get out order, and yes I understand that it’s new for the area but waiting over 35 min for an online pick up order is crazy( especially considering I waited a while to even go pick up since I know they are busier due to being new to the area.)On my second trip I ordered a luxe craving box with a gordita crunch, soft taco, and potatoes, side of hot sauce. My gordita had no lettuce or cheese. Taco was soggy somehow¿ Potatoes were fine. I was really hoping for a better launch of the new store but was severely disappointed and won’t really be back unfortunately.

I was so excited to have a new Taco Bell 2 blocks from my house. After 3 wrong and poorly made orders, I’m not so excited anymore. The order tonight included 3 flat chili cheese burritos. There was only about 2 Tablespoons of filling in each one. The cheesy double beef burrito had a bit of refried beans and no beef. Having to pay $60 for soggy tortillas with a couple spoonfuls of filling in them is unacceptable. They need to step it up and do better or this location will go out of business within a year of opening.

3rd time ordering since they opened and been disappointed each time. Got the cinnamon delights and there was no cinnamon or sugar on them; just deep battered/ uncooked balls. Did online pick up and was never notified food was ready on app and came out room temperature. Got a chicken quesadilla and wasn’t even cut. I get it’s a fast food place but I would rather have my food come out of the kitchen as expected instead of uncooked and missing ingredients. Really disappointed with this place

I am so excited we have a Taco Bell in Kaukauna again. The fact they are staying open until 12 will be great since there are no other local fast food options past 10 unless you drive. The store looks nice. The drive through was a little slower than is typical for a Taco Bell. They are all NEW though and this should be expected. Seriously if they always get my order right and it doesn’t look like it was slopped together 10 min in the drive through to get through 3 cars in front of me is FINE! Please focus on quality and getting a bit faster will come. Also, the woman at the drive through at 1230 on 10/13 was friendly and smiling!

We were impressed with the food and service here. The Taco Bell in Little Chute and Appleton East side have been going downhill for a while. We are so glad we went to try the new restaurant in Kaukauna. The food was fresh and hot and really good. We had a wait, but they were very busy, and everyone was very nice to us.

I was very happy to get a Taco Bell close to home, but we give up. This is the worst! You will wait in the drive through for at least 20 min even if you order ahead. Tonight, we got two bean burritos, one soft taco supreme and one cruncy taco. Guess which one on the bottom of the bag! Completely wet and crushed. What a waste of space for customers who are patient that you are “new”. Never again. I will drive to Appleton.

I waited 20 minutes and only moved two cars. TWO. At this rate, I’d have gotten my food faster if I planted the corn, grew the beans, and made the tortillas myself.
I ended up canceling my online order and going to Domino’s, which—by the way—had my pizza ready before Taco Bell even found the mild sauce packets.
I love Taco Bell, but tonight felt like the slowest fast food experience in history. If you’re hungry, bring snacks for the wait.

It’s a Taco Bell, I know I’m not going for high quality food. Did a take out order, half of it was wrong, and by the time I got home after the employee handed it to me, somehow half of it was already room temperature. From recieving the food to my door was less than 2 minutes.
Then don’t even get me started on the touch screen ordering. The whole system is terrible, I’d rather have waited 5 minutes for a human at the counter.

This is the closest T-bell to me, and since it just opened, I went to give it a try. I had a great first time. The staff was friendly, my order was accurate and fresh, too; the other T-bells in the fox valley have had questionable quality since the beginning of the pandemic (in my experience.)
Update 10/16/25: second visit during the day, quality is still really good and staff is friendly! I had no issues with my order of a Supreme Luxe Box and Gordita Crunch

We were there last night. 2 people were waiting for over 40 minutes for food. They continuously ask the person ahead of me his name 7+ more times. One of the teens working came over by the counter touching his face with his gloves then went back and touched the food with those same gloves. The refried beans on my order were definitely old. There were multiple teens working and standing around watching numerous customer get angry because they were either missing food/drinks or there order was still not ready after 20+minutes. Then asked for a manager to be told he’s too busy…
