Absolutely garbage. Go to any Dunkin but here. They never have anything in stock, especially collaborations, and no one is ever around to properly help. Tried to get the wicked munchkins and an assortment of other munchkins and they had none available. Honestly this Dunkin might as well shut down because any other coffee shop would be better. Employees are rude and stay in the back instead of helping, and most of the time they don’t speak English and translation is lost. I’d rather go to any other coffee shop! Please avoid at all cost!!

We ordered 2 breakfast sourdough sandwiches and we got croissants and they were BURNT. They tasted horrible. The guy even read back to us what we ordered and told us again at the window and still gave us the wrong stuff

How Could This Possibly Be 2Stars let’s give it a try. The order was missing 1 of 5 items. The bag was covered in frosting on the outside and we didn’t even order anything with frosting. Below is what the napkins looked like with out being used.” By us anyways” One of the sandwiches “ the one they didn’t forget” looks like they warmed up the egg ahead of time and then threw on a craft single when we ordered but the sandwich wasn’t warm enough to even melt the cheese. And the lid to the drink was very clearly dropped on the floor before put on the drink. Save yourself the emotional trauma and just go to the Starbucks across the road.

Service was absolutely horrible. Waited to order in the drive through for over 10+ minutes just for no one to respond. 100% will never be going to this location ever again. Save your time & go to Starbucks just 500 feet away.

Worst dunkin ever. Donuts just thrown in a bag frosting all over. Employees barely spoke English. Asked for manager or owner info and refused to give it. Horrible service and products

I am so disappointed with this location. Would not allow me to upgrade to a large iced coffee with the meal deal. The Indian fellow said I can get a large and proceeded to say medium iced coffee. I finally figured out he meant can’t. So I told him there is a “t” at the end of that word. The hash brown potatoes were either fried in used oil, or spiced with Indian spice, and were soggggy. Not done enough. The iced coffee was barely flavored with vanilla. No straw. The sandwich was a rubber egg, not melted cheese, 2 tiny pieces of barely cooked bacon all on a damp bagel. Customer service really sucked. He could not communicate well through a microphone.

This is my favorite dunkin to go to! I come often with my dog and the workers are always so sweet and friendly. Never have any issues with my coffee either it always tastes great! I went on Valentine’s day and they gave me an extra donut that truly made my day!!!!

Literally just pulled up to the driveway, was rushed for my order. Got to the window, no one was there we waited until we circled around. No one was at the window and no one was even inside?

Went a couple of weeks ago, ordered a Carmel iced coffee and got a regular iced coffee.
Today I went ordered a caramel iced coffee, tasted great! Got bagel bites today as well.. I was upset because they were not warm at all.. seemed like they threw them in the microwave for 30 seconds… if that I wish I didn’t travel all day otherwise I could’ve warmed them up myself.
Seems like this location is hit or miss.

First time ever going to d&d, ordered a breakfast sandwich. Took longer than it should (10-15 min). When I received it, it was cold. Breading was stale and as hard as a crouton, overcooked. The rest of the sandwich was tasteless. Plus it was over $5 , if it was good I would be happy with that. But this was far from good, almost could not eat. Never going to d&d again.
