Fast, attentive, hospitable staff who are ready to accommodate any request. The place is always clean, and with their partnership with Doordash, I’ve noticed the deliveries are fast and professionally handled!

We were waited on by Deb, Alex and Ryan. All 3 were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make more pitas, immediately, to accommodate our larger order. I’m not a big fan of pizza , but, I’ve liked this brand since I was a kid. Everyone liked the pizza . The crust, well, my daughter and I don’t care for it but my son and my friend really like it.
Service was great! They brought our pizza to our table with paper plates. WiFi available. Place was clean. Bathroom was in decent shape, though the men’s room door sticks.
A little pricey, but I recommend a visit. Papa Gino’s pizza has a unique taste. Not greasy.

I have to eat gluten free and their gluten free pizza was very good. Flavors were great. I didn’t have any reaction and would feel safe eating there again. Service was great. We got our food in a reasonable time. Dining room was clean. Definitely will be going back

I don’t know who made my pizza, but it was absolutely unbelievable. I got the extra large cheese traditional thin crust pizza. It far exceeded my expectations. It’s still had that old time flavor of when I was a kid, in fact it immediately catapulted me back to my childhood. I will be back! Made my day!!!

Placed an order at 6:55 PM and waited over 1.5 hours—the order never arrived. I contacted the restaurant, and the manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I eventually had to reach out to my bank to get a refund because they wouldn’t process it themselves. Absolutely horrible experience and a complete waste of time and money. Never again.

I just went there tonight and got a large steak and cheese sub large cheese pizza and some of their new boneless chicken wings. And I have to say all the food was great! Pizza tasted just like the Papa Gino’s I always remembered the steak and cheese was good I wish I got the bread toasted but besides that it was good. And their new boneless chicken wings was amazing the chicken was fantastic. Not sure why so many is closed but I have always loved Papa Gino’s and never had any complaints
