Delivery service is a joke, you charge for a delivery fee. Food arrived lukewarm. The restaurant is 1 mile from my house and it took an hr to get delivered. It’s a 4 min drive from the restaurant to my house. NEVER AGAIN. I rather order Domino’s.
NEVER received my marinara sauce and I paid extra for it. The Meat Lovers melt was soggy and oily at the bottom. Tipped the driver on my credit card, but why does it say no tip included?
Very disappointed, do not recommend. Pizzahut is joke.

This place is so so so incredibly wrong for having done what they did. I was told by a disgusting rude clerk that was verbally attacking me over the phone that their was absolutely no Roaches in their boxes because they were never folded. As you can see in the above pictures their clearly was a roach underneath the food and ran out as I open the box. The disgusting rude employee proceeded to tell me that I should feed my kids and husband the food that had the roach in it. I think that is absolutely unacceptable and uncalled for. That is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting and I absolutely do not recommend this place to the public. Also the other picture shows how dirty it is around their pizza facility. BOYCOTT PIZZA HUT FOR THIS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. FURTHER MORE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. IF I DON’T GET MY REFUND IN THREE DAYS I WILL CALL THE HEALTH DISTRICT. I have always ordered here but today my order was horrible. The pizza tasted awful like re- heated pizza instead of being fresh made. I know how the pizza should taste when it’s fresh made and pizza’s were not fresh made. This will be the last time I order from pizza hut.

The food usually never the problem. The service is slow all the time. The time that your order is supposed to be ready is never right. There was a lady that came in before us and she has been waiting an hour for her order that they said was supposed to be ready in an half hour. When my daughter asked the first time she went in what is the expected time they said 15 mins. Not ready of course, and when asked again after the 15 mins has passed, the person said “maybe 15 mins”. The lack of preparedness or staff is horrid. The place is small and the only one in the area. This is the first time coming back here in a year and it has not changed at all. Would not recommend unless you have time to wait about an hour, if not more.

Ordered a melt and was disappointed. When you think of a melt you expect cheese but it lacked cheese, barely had any on it and it was over cooked so it dried out. Dinner sucks smh

I bought 3 pizzas today at 11am. The guy charged me $27.99 for 3 pizzas. After tax it was over $30 and I just received 3 medium pizzas. After getting my pizzas I asked the employee if I just got overcharged for 3 pizzas that should be $7 or $8 each? The employee laughed & told me “yeah you did”. I will never buy from pizza hut again
