The food was absolutely disgusting. Unbelievable that they would even try to serve such food overcooked and the rancid seperated cheese they topped it with. They could not serve us our two meals at same time either, wife had to wait 15 minutes longer for her food. And the fish tacos smelled like they were well past its prime. We refused to eat it after the first few bites, for fear of food poisoning. We left and will never return. Be warned! You are at risk of food poisoning if you eat here. And lets not forget, when a full page of the menu has alcohol products then get told their liquor license “expired”… very shady all around. Needs to close.

The place has plenty of seating. The staff very friendly and fast. Great atmosphere. I got the we Burrito and my kid who is a really picky eater got the kids Burrito. He ate all of it. The wet Burrito was really good. I loved the cheese sauce and they put plenty of meat in there.

Fantastic experience!

Despite us showing up late into the evening and the restaurant being dead, everyone was extremely hospitable and the food was delicious!

The food is great and the apmosphere is fantillyastic! I love the bright colors. The staff is so friendly. The waiter who took this photo just happens to be a model and was not only willing to take the picture for us, he posed us too! My fave dish is Al Pastor!

Ordered 2 steak Fajitas Funditas with no sour cream. Got sour cream on both & chicken/steak Fajitas (no funditas, cheese). Food taste bland & boiled like out of a can. Called to complain (rarely do) & no help given due to language barrier. Definitely won’t come back.

Very good food and wonderful service with plenty of spaced-out seating. In the same strip mall as The Black Friday store. So shop until you drop then get an excellent meal and very reasonable prices.

Going to share my “I’m from out of state” experience. I came here on a Tuesday evening to place a to-go order for my mother and I.

I placed the order at approximately 4:35pm, you know, before the rush. As soon as I placed it, the crowd started to arrive. Glad I got there before, yeah?

Order: 2 carnitas tacos, 1 cocktail de camerones, 1 chimi de Acapulco, and 1 order of guac.

Legit that was it.

So after being told it would be about 15-20 minutes, I gave consideration for the crowds and waited until the group of 21 came in (40 minutes now) before saying “Excuse me?” to the manager on the floor.

“So, I’m just checking on my order. I’ve been waiting a good 40+ minutes and still haven’t gotten it.”

“What did you order?”

I began to list the items, “I got a couple of tacos de carnitas, cocktail de camerones…” and before I could finish, he walks off to go ‘check.’

He comes back and the bag looks pretty bare, plus I can see red liquid (cocktail juices) in the bag. I began to walk out and then decided to do a quick look. Yup. Missing half my order: No chimi, no guac. I walk back through the doors just to get the manager’s attention again. “Hey, yeah, so it’s missing half the order.”

“What did you order?”

So, assumption here, but feels like he just went back there the first time and told them to whip my order up real quick, thus the cruddy job of throwing it together. So I said “It was ___,___,__… Can’t you just look at the ticket?”

“I don’t have the ticket.”

Oh. Okay. Cool. So he goes over to the tablet and looks up my order. Still no apology. Nothing. “Also, can you please make sure they put my cocktail in the correct container? Sorry, but you see it’s spilling out. (Which he replied after seeing it ‘yeah, be careful) There’s no way you would accept that. Why should I?”

He takes it to the back, 5ish minutes later, he bring up my order, sits it on the gumball machine, and says “Would you like to check it?”

“I would love to check it!” (yes cynically because at this time I’ve been waiting for quite some time without apology and am irritated.

Lo and behold. Wrong again. They gave me cheese sauce instead of guacamole. I get it. Not a big deal, but not what I ordered and I paid 40+ bucks for this meal and waited for a good minute. Can you seriously not get my order right!? He went to the back and came back with it. I guess third time was the charm. Photo to the left, is the cocktail in a smaller version of the first container, placed inside the original container. The original is to the right, with all the juices that spilled out the first time. Guess they never heard if putting a cocktail in a foam cup like every other hispanic restraunt. Can you imagine the first? Ridiculous.

WOW! We haven’t been to Los Patios for a few weeks and it seems to have gone down hill FAST! Some.of our food was hot….two out of the three at our table had room temperature food. Service was horrible! Not at all busy and we still couldn’t find our waiter to get our check. Our waiter of choice is no longer there and was the only waiter we could get good service from. Other tables around us were having the same issues. Don’t see any reason to go back, guess we were the last to know there were issues again.

Our family walked in there last night. Worst experience ever…the waiter didn’t come check on us, the food was cold and when we got someone’s attention because we needed a extra plate it was a hassle for them. We felt like we were in their way. If you want to feel welcome go to another Mexican restaurant down the road. It makes me wonder why they lost their liquor license…..
