The food was great, except for the tomatoes on the Whopper. It’s the end of summer, and tomatoes are red and plentiful….why was mine small and almost green. Not even close to what was on the sign posted over our table!

I never review fast food because it’s all the same everywhere right? No. This was easily the best BK I’ve ever had and it was so nice that they went all out decorating for the holidays. Clearly a staff that cares!

People this is a fast food place…. If you want quality food and service you may need to spend a couple hundred dollars and be seated in a posh eatery. I’ve never had any trouble at this place.

Got home and found 2 chicken fries, paid for 8. Paid for a whopper with no tomato’s, got everything on a junior whopper instead, nasty food. No sauce, but that’s on me for not checking.
I’ve never had a single order be entirely correct at this location. Spend your money elsewhere this place blows. $32 wasted.

Whenever we drive by and my dude sees the smoke coming from the stack, he makes us stop for a fresh burger. This is his favorite location, no others make em like they do. Burgers are great! Fries aren’t the same as they used to be. But the staff is always so friendly!

Today, my family and I got dinner from the drive-through at our local Bradford Burger King.. Unfortunately, we did not get 2 sandwiches with our order. After realizing it, I went back to the restaurant and reported the incident to the manager (Mckenzie). She knew immediately why I returned and took action to make our sandwiches from scratch. Not only did they do that, but they also gave complimentary shakes to my 3 daughters who delighted in getting them! That look on their face and how tasty those sandwiches were completely made up for it! Truly excellent customer service.
