I won’t be visiting this location again. This is avocado toast. You’d think the toast means that it’s toasted bread but no. It’s just piece of stale bread (skinny slice) with avocado. Compared to the other locations where I had avocado toast many times, this is not even the same recipe or ingredients. I could have done a better job at making a toast at home with stale bread and questionable spread. After one bit I threw the whole thing away. Do better Dunkin’

Staffing needs to start wearing hair nets. Today I ordered breakfast sandwiches & was shocked to find 2 black hairs in my sandwich after a took 2 bites forcing me to have to throw away my food. Disgusting. Staff is friendly but they need to be more sanitary because customers do not want hair in their food. Also, my breakfast sandwich upon receiving it at the counter was not hot which is unacceptable. The cook needs to be cooking the egg, meling the cheese and fully cooking the bacon till its piping hot so that it doesn’t make someone seriously sick. This is not the first time I received a cold egg on my breakfast sandwich from this location & not the 1st time I received raw bacon on my sandwich either from staff here. Maybe they feel like they have to rush to get the lines down, but they need to be putting out and selling top quality food. Until they make change I will not be returning.

As a local Bostonian, this is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The app allowed me to order for walk in, but when I arrived the front doors were closed. I pounded until they opened them, informing me that it was Drive-in only after 2 PM. I informed them that they shouldn’t have allowed me to order with the walk in preference on the app if that were the case. They told me to go through the drive-through, so I walked to the drive-through window. Despite ordering two simple coffees 10 minutes prior, they had yet to begin making my order. They rudely asked me to step aside to allow the next car in the drive-through to pick up their order. I declined the offer, and held up the line. When they finally handed me my coffee, this is what the one cream order looked like. I estimate they added about five creams. Never coming here again

Why when I come and get the same thing Everytime it’s something different I get a medium frozen mocha caramel with 3 shots of espresso whipped cream and chocolate and caramel drizzle. Now there is usually extra so I get it in another cup free if charge, but today the employees on staff tells me no I can’t get the extra in another cup or I’ll have to pay extra. If I’m paying for it already why throw out the extra ? They charged me .35 cent for a munchkin to get the extra put in another cup if they don’t like there jobs they should quit and not try to make others day bad because they’re having a bad day.

A coffee shop you know will be open. You can order ahead via the app and know you can pick up your order. The coffee or food you order is ready fast. I like the coffee drinks. The breakfast sandwiches are okay. Prices are okay. But the convience and good coffee I keep going.
