I’ve ordered from this Huey Magoo’s in Winter Springs many times through Uber Eats and DoorDash, and every time I pay extra for add-ons like sauces, Texas toast, or sides — they never include them. Out of five orders with add-ons, they’ve missed them five out of five times — a 100% failure rate.
It’s honestly unbelievable that no one double-checks the orders before sending them out. I even have receipts showing the extra charges, but when you order through delivery apps, it’s almost impossible to get a refund.
This location clearly has serious quality-control and customer-care issues. Until they start paying attention to detail, I’d strongly recommend ordering somewhere else.

Whoever had the bright idea of changing the banana pudding recipe needs to be fired and lobotomized. You took your BEST menu item and RUINED IT. It literally taste like store bought icing mixed with box vanilla pudding. Also please teach your workers how to brew tea. It’s not 60 tea bags to one cup of water. I almost died last time!

I love Huey Magoo’s. Love their food. But today the service was awful. We were served by a young brunette with a claw clip in her hair. She couldn’t have seemed less happy to help us. We ordered 5 tenders, 4 buffalo one plain. You’d think if someone ordered one plain tender, that means they don’t want buffalo on it, right? So why would they put the plain tender on the same plate. It had sauce all over it. If my tender didn’t have sauce all over it I probably would’ve disregarded the server’s rude attitude and not left this review.

This location is absolutely amazing! The entire staff is extremely friendly, kind, courteous, and always go above and beyond. Restaurant is always very well maintained, especially considering there’s always high school and middle school kids there. Food is always delicious, hot and served fresh! You cannot be the amazing prices for combs. My family absolutely loves coming to this location! We come a minimum of 5 days a week if not every day. Thank you for always providing us with great customer service an hospitable experience!

Employees are very generous and polite. Not THE best chicken I’ve had but it’s up there. Iced tea is decent but I recommend drinking the sweetened one.

Can someone please tell this establishment they have a Monday chicken bite special. It’s now on the menu, but unless you ask for the special they don’t ring it up that way. Just had to way over pay because they charged me for the combo on the menu and not the special.
Reasonably spiced chicken and fries or chips. I’d go with the chips. The fries usually come out a little under cooked and floppy. The watermelon tea is on point. I prefer the popcorn chicken over the tenders because they’re not as chewy. They have a meal deal on Monday’s. If you ask for it any other day of the week, they gaslight you into thinking you’re stupid and it’s something they don’t carry. But…they do, but only on Monday’s.

Huey Magoo’s is across the street from my house so it’s highly convenient. However the reason I keep going back is because the food is delicious, always fresh and the staff is friendly. It is a great restaurant to be in our downtown.
