Update – another day another successful Taco fix
One of my guilty pleasures I will admit. I’ve been eating Taco Bell since I was a kid. There have been subtle changes over the years but all in all it’s still a quick easy place that’s consistent for a taco or late night craving. Glad Mexican pizzas are back but sold out today 🙁

Drove thru on way home from Nashville. Not busy. The first thing I ordered was 2 cheese rollups. Got home. The only thing missing was 2 cheese roll ups. No problem. They were only for a little girl. Who cares right.

If I could give no stars – I would. We always have problems with this Taco Bell, in some fashion. Tonight- it was the fact that I had to repeat my order about 5 times on the speaker, and then when I pull up to the window- while a gust of weed aroma filled my nostrils was asked by the employee “what’d you order again?” Then he proceeds to give me a bag- probably had no clue what was in it.
I checked the bag- and let him know I was missing the chicken nuggets. He asked me twice if I was sure there was no nuggets. Yes.
I finally got my nuggets, but when we got home we realized no fries, missing 2 soft tacos, and a taco we didn’t even order dumped out of the wrapping. Got lettuce all over my car.
None of this order was right.
Thanks Reggie, for your horrible service and being so high that you can’t even serve your customers correctly.

Stopped to get a quick. Wasn’t familiar with the kiosk to place my order so a very nice employee helped. I’ve always loved Taco Bell but hadn’t been in awhile. Ordered 2 crunchy tacos Supreme & cinnamon twists. The food was fresh and hot.

And what service? It’s all kiosks. Someone popped out to yell my name with my tiny burrito. I think we all thought the kiosks would lead to lower prices…nope.

Purchased two Standard Luxe Boxes there yesterday. Substituted chips and queso for the cinnamon crisps for an upcharge. Was not told there was an upcharge. Queso cups were only filled about half way, so there was not enough queso for the amount of chips. I have had numerous orders messed up here with the hope it was a fluke. It really says a lot when you’re asked to park at the front after going through the drive-thru and having your order messed up such as a luke Warm Cinnabon iced coffee that has no creme or ice in it. I feel as if the employees hate their jobs and take it out on the customers.
