Was placed on “hold” for 20 minutes listening to everything thats going on in the store. Was trying to place an order for a pizza party, but nope. Customer service doesn’t answer their phone either. And the quote only way to speak to a manager is if the call center that takes your order when the store doesn’t answer transfers you back to the store that won’t answer their phone. I know how important Google reviews are to companies as I work in customer service as well. I would still like to speak to a manager… Actually I want to speak to the regional manager ASAP I still have a picture of the 10 min I was on hold at the store. Too bad it won’t let me post it for some reason.beyond poor customer service. Who ever the girl was that answered my call at around 1:30pm 12/22/25

New management is GREAT! we walked to get a pizza and crazy bread the wonderful lady I believe was a manager told us it be 10mins my partner said wonderful fresh pizza! After a short 10mins we got a fresh hot cheese pizza with fresh crazy bread! The wonderful lady said with a smile that never left her face “I appreciate you instead of complaining about the wait you understood it would be a few mins and fresh!” for new management!! Thank you

The service here is hit or miss and this visit was a HUGE miss. The one of two employees had dirty clothes and house slippers with no socks. Seems like a health hazard to me. Even though they had a ton of people waiting,they decided they were going to move as slow as possible and pretty much ignoring everyone who was trying to ask about their food.. A woman walked in(in a dress and heels) and went behind the counter to talk to the employee,who then stopped working to have a conversation.

Under new management and much better than before. Unfortunately the main ordering number now goes to an offshore call center, which is very impersonal with no way to connect to the store, but the actual store staff are terrific — very friendly and helpful. Our school order of 18 pizzas was right on time, even on a busy Friday night! However, a lot of other customers had to be turned away because they were so busy, there was nothing hot and/or ready.

I don’t know whether to laugh or be mad but I ordered 3 meat pizza on DoorDash and I swear I was given a dominos sausage pepperoni pizza in a little ceasers box! lol dominos sausage is very distinct it has a square shape. Then I didn’t receive my crazy sauce with my crazy bread. I know y’all not jippin ppl!

I ordered an old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza and when I picked it up it was not what I had ordered. The fanceroni pizza clearly states there are pepperonis all the way to the edge and a crispy, caramelized crust. They tried to give me a regular hand tossed pizza and convince me I was wrong. They didn’t offer to make another pizza or anything. I just requested a refund and took my business elsewhere. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Even with what looked like a short staffed crew Destiny greeted us with a smile. Happily fulfilled our requests and brought us our food in a very timely manner. This location tends to go through staff fairly quickly but Destiny has been the friendliest and most professional person I’ve met here. Hope she stays.

The guy at windows was super nice, but it took FOREVER to get 4 food items. The crazy bread was basically dough. Pizza and Italian cheese bread were dry and smelled funky/tasted funky. No one in the family could eat it. And it’s one of my kids fave pizza chain. The wait can be long at times in the past. But the food wasn’t like this before. I feel like maybe they were having an off day. I might give it another shot in the future, but this last experience has me not wanting Lil Ceasars for a long time

I love this location! The staff is sweet & friendly and work as fast as humanly possible, Lol! I even mentioned today is my 9yr old’s birthday and asked if they could make a smiley pizza and they did with no hesitation or extra wait! Ms. Kelley even wrote him a card.
