Ordered online for delivery. Delivery over an hour late. Contacted the store and was hung up on 3 times before I even had a chance to speak. Finally got hold of someone that stated that he has no order yet. I gave him the order number, phone number, and delivery address but he insisted that he wasn’t aware of the order. Order Confirmation via email at 8:23pm for order #143697025. Used order tracker through Where’s My Order included in the email: order confirmed, being prepared and then stuck for over an hour. Contacted Customer Service and told they’ll get back to me in 3-4 business days via email. Hhhhmmmmm! I ordered today because I’m hungry today.
Order came 2 hours late by a wonderful Door Dasher that had more sympathy for the situation. Food was cold and looked like this…the fries wouldn’t even come off the box to go into the airfryer…smh

Ordered a delivery simple 1 large pepperoni hand toss over and hr wait then got the notification thats its here go outside nothing called the driver and store told me it was delivered to the wrong unit get the pizza and its cold with the seal cracked. Looks like it hasn’t been touch but now I’ve wasted 17 dollars on a pizza thats going straight to the trash. It looks good but with it being delivered to another unit and having the seal ripped straight to the trash thanks for wasting my money and time.

Got the best pizza we have ever had at this location yesterday. They actually put the extra cheese that I paid for and the extra pepperoni that was requested. The wings were also sauced well. I can’t give 5 starts because this doesn’t happen every time. If this were to happen every time we would increase our orders by 10,000%.

Always have ordered pizzas from this Hut,
Today I did another online order Super Supreme Lg,
pizza but this time I got a stomach ache, from this pizza.
And that’s the only thing I had to eat all day.
And now I call this Pizza Hut 2600 W Sahara.
I had expressed what had happened to me, but instead of being understanding or even have a little integrity, No they gave me the run arounds for 30 minutes. Had talked to 3 different Mgr’s
They asked me for receipts, Then finally the last Mgr.
Tell me he can’t do anything for me and this situation.
Because for me, To have food poisoning it would take 24 hours.
This guy is sick in the head, Dang!!
This representing person, when asked for name didn’t want to give his name and then said (Chris) with no employee number?
I said I would like to return the pizza, And he tells me no can do
Because I eat the pizza, I told him a had eaten just two pieces of
the pizza.
This was so Judgmental, No class at all.
He thinks that he can just brush off.

I’m going to start by saying I don’t like leaving a bad review for a business but I can’t even believe it was this bad! I placed a order for delivery online using points so the pizza was free but I did upgrade to a stuffed crust pizza as well as ordering breadsticks and Pepsi. My order arrived quickly, however, it was not the right pizza. I had received a hand tossed crust instead. I called the store and was told by a manager that she would apply a credit for a future pizza. At this point, I was happy with the outcome. Fast forward a couple days and I attempt to call the store to redeem the credit. I get routed to a central phone operator for which I explain the situation and she transfers me to the store directly. I gentleman answers the phone and I explain what happened and I just wanted to use the credit for a pizza, he places me on hold, for TWENTY MINUTES!!! I finally hangup and call back only to get hung up on, I tried again and was hung up on again. Needless to say, by this time, I was over it and ended up ordering Papa Johns which actually ended up tasting much better anyway! I will NOT be ordering from this location again! They probably don’t care because they are a large corporation. If you order here, good luck!

I ordered the stuffed crust pizza this was the worst pizza I’ve ever had or ever seen the pizza was soggy and it wasn’t even cooked all the way through I think their ovens aren’t getting hot enough and when they take the pizza out of the oven they should know whether or not if it’s soggy the crust is even too light!
this one on West Sahara down the street from Palace Station it’s gotten worse they don’t know what they’re doing if you get pizza from there make sure you check it before you leave!

I ordered a large supreme pizza , they failed to inform me that the store was out of green peppers so I received a pizza with pepperoni sausage and just a few onions. When I called they claimed it said they were out green peppers, it did not. I even called the store before I arrived and asked to take off the mushrooms they could’ve told me then, but didn’t.
I called the store and the lady who claimed to be the gm hung up on me. She refuses to refund my pizza, we are visiting from Cali and I cannot be taking an Uber back and forth from pizza hut. I asked to refund the pizza and we will go to a different pizza hut that has green peppers and she refused unless I took back the pizza, like I said we are from out of town, to go back and forth for something they dont have when they had several chances to inform me they were out of certain toppings for my pizza is absurd. The lady was rude and refused to refund me I even offered to take the pizza to the other pizza hut store we r now on our way to and she shut that down. But the fact za mamanger hung up on me is ridiculous.

Customer service here is horrible. All employees I’ve seen working the register, both the male and the female always have nasty attitudes and sour faces. Food is never an issue but dang I feel like going to the McDonald’s right in front sometimes to not deal with them.

WORST SERVICE EVER I ORDERED ONLINE AND WAS INFORMED ORDER ORWDER WOULD ARRIVE AT 12:17pm however deliver was passed on to DoorDash and it arrived at 1:15pm I called the store and was put on hold only to have call disconnected 3 times!’ I called again was passed on to their customer service line and was informed my issue would be escalated to regional manager named Rushki to process my refund!!! However no call back has been made!!! As the customer I can’t believe I have to jump through hoops just to get a refund!!!! I will be escalating this to corporate!!! Worst location EVER!!!!

I order wing and pizza I didn’t have change for the food so I he left I reorder and sam called back and said your order will be out in 45 mins i know you place a order but you didn’t have change do you have it now I stated it clearly. I got my food the wings or not barbecue they don’t look fresh I called back and asked if they can remake it the manger same said no she can give a $5 discount on my next order ! … would you eat this ????
