The only thing bumping the score a bit is the ease of ordering online and the delivery drivers who are really nice people.
The poor quality pizza and inability to cut is the stores fault though. There will be two tiny slices and 4 HUGE ones or it’s not cut all the way through. Or there are huge burned bubbles.
I continue because it’s cheap and I use it to feed my kid’s friends when they are over. Otherwise I wouldn’t bother. Here are the two pizzas I got last week. Check out the bubbles and the terrible cut job.
However, I do feel there’s room for improvement in their rewards system. Currently, whether you spend $11 or $55, you only earn 10 points per order. It would be more equitable and encouraging if the points awarded were proportional to the purchase amount. This change could enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty program fairness.
