Truly one of the worst coffee shop experiences we’ve had. For the one coffee shop in the airport they can step up their game. My 8+ dollar latte tasted like hot almond milk with no coffee in it and our breakfast sandwiches were cold and bland. For $45 for breakfast, do better.

That may have been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed. It’s 1:00 pm on 12/27/25. The barista had an AirPod in and couldn’t hear us. She didn’t know the price of things. The person in front of us ordered a large iced coffee. There are only two sizes on display: 16 and 20 oz. She gave him a 16 oz. When he asked for clarity and why he got a 16 oz when he ordered a large, she said, “that is our large,” and just served it to him. To top it off, my beverage was sticky.

I literally never write bad reviews but the lady working there on 12/30/25 was genuinely SO blatantly rude. The coffee is fine so idk if I just came at a bad time or what, but that was the worst service I’ve ever experienced lol. Her attitude was shocking.

2 coffees and a breakfast sandwich. $23+. I get it airport rent is high. However to pay that amount for room temperature, watered down coffee is a joke. The issue is that during the construction there is no other options to get a coffee. 615 AM this morning. Avoid

Ordered a mocha with whipped cream upon the cashiers suggestion) before a flight at 6 AM, the line was long and waited forever. Got the “coffee” and stepped out of the way as a courtesy. Come to find out it was just a VERY watered down coffee, nothing added, tasted like it was gotten out of a mud puddle (likely instant coffee). Wasn’t going to stand in line another 30 minutes for mediocre customer service, and that’s being kind. Total for a horrible coffee and orange juice was over $13. Until they get something with quality, I recommend to AVOID.

Ordered two 20oz hot chai and they were undrinkable. They tasted like metal or sewer water. Just undrinkable!

I’ve never spent $24 on a ham & cheese breakfast sandwich & a coffee! Very expensive!! Prices are higher than any Starbucks I’ve ever visited, including in airports!! I ordered a large coffee & was given a small, but got a large when I pointed out the mistake. They did have a good breakfast sandwich & a great cup of coffee though!

The service was terrible. I saw two customers get overcharged and call out the cashier about it. The cashier looks bitter to have to do a refund. The bacon and egg sandwich, at $12.50, is a complete ripoff. I wouldn’t recommend eating here wait until you get to your next stop or grab a snack somewhere else. I got charged 19.79 for a BS sandwich and small water. I should have just walked away.

Mocha was fine. $13.50 for a stale microwaved sausage and egg sandwich is insulting.

White mocha espresso was pretty decent. Raspberry danish was day-old tough. Pastry availability was lacking — there was more on the baked goods menu than what was actually in stock.
Don’t order food here, go elsewhere in the food court for that. Coffee should be a safe bet, though.
