This review is specifically for the manager on duty. The crew did an amazing job resolving my issue. I went there January 20, 2026 around 11:20AM. Apparently they no longer have what I ordered and one employee did come to the window to inform me. When the manger walked over, all she said was we no longer carry that, never came to the window to ask if I needed anything to figure out how to assist me. All she was concerned about was the time going up instead of coming help so the time would not continue to go up. She was just ready for me to get out of her drive-thru line. Quality service for the team resolving my issue, but the manager definitely gets a F for customer service.

My burger was completely wrong. Husband’s was dry as a bone. Fries were old, cold, greasy, and soggy. Customer service was terrible. The young lady at the window couldn’t be bothered to at least smile. For $31.57 we both expect better.

This place is so terrible! As soon as I get the damn window, tell me I have to pull up away for the window and then just wait for someone to bring me my food. Well they just hand the bag and walk off so damn fast that I can’t even ask for any damn ketchup! Why do I have to pull away from the damn window if I’m the only one in the drivethu . This Wendy’s location is horrible I ordered a combo and was told they didnt have ice for my drink. So I asked for a bottle water and they didnt have it either. So I had to eat my food with no drink. I also requested fresh fries and nuggets and didnt get that either. The manager was very unprofessional when i asked to pay for extra sauce. He yelled to the associate drive thru cashier “THE SAUCE IN THE BAG” HE SOUNDED VERY ANNOYED!!! Manager if you dont like your job quit! This is why I cook at home. This happened on 12/17/25 around 925pm.

I am not uppercase of their not know read well and they won’t give me refund and what they not notice what I wrote note what I said no combo just want one triple daves plain but they did give me med fries and med drink too. Terrible. The cashier can’t see, so she is squinting. I ordered a cold brew frosty its liquid and tastes like melted ice cream.14 dollar order and fries soggy. The manager sent two people home. No sense of urgency just blank stares.No coke with combo. 30 minute lunch break turns into 45 of wasted time.

You just never can get served here. It’s always the system is down, we are only taking cash, if I say I have cash they will say they meant card. They are always out of a list of stuff. Tonight, system was down….again. My Dad is 86, he likes the Son of a baconator. I have to drive all the way to another Wendy’s. I have to find another burger somewhere he likes.

Getting an order right in drive thru is pretty important. Got all the way to my destination only to notice I have the weirdest looking spicy chicken sandwich on the planet. :). Food was fresh and the frosty, well frosty and good!! Would have been better with my order but it was still good. The staff were friendly and polite

First, cashier was unfriendly. Second, we waited 15 minutes for our food, thinking maybe they had to fry the French fries. No, ALL of our food was freezing cold. I had the grilled chicken wrap and it fell apart, so I picked the cold chicken out and tried to eat it. Also, the dining area was filthy, which should have been my first alarm to tell me to leave. There were no napkins or cold drink lids. The trash can was full to the top. Bathrooms were also dirty. There were four or five workers in the back and they were not busy at all. This experience really turned me off of eating at Wendy’s, which I have always loved. No more!!!
