Service was slow. I feel like they need more staff or a better game plan because one person was serving the food and checking everyone out. The food was great but… there was a roach in the forks. The forks were not in a wrapper so, me and the other lady who saw had to go to a different establishment for utensils.. the forks were directly by the food so, it kind of made my stomach then thinking there were roaches on the food..

Absolutely to slow!! Seriously doesn’t take 7 mins to wait on one person, and while others waiting, their orders can be put in the dang oven while others are waiting. Why make one customer wait 7 mins while the others are cooking? Slowest service I have ever endured and while I’m doing a pickup so order was placed online! NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION. WORST SERVICE EVER. Using DoorDash, we twice tried to get Sbarro. Twice we got a delivery for which we had paid, twice it was not what we had ordered and paid for. So now we have paid for food that we didn’t get and received instead food that we didn’t want. DoorDash + Sbarro = SERVICE THAT IS AN ABOMINATION UNTO ALMIGHTY GOD. NEVER AGAIN!

I’ve eaten at this specific Sbarro since I was a little girl. The pizza was always fresh and I was always greeted with a smile.
Today I walked up to a display of freshly made pizza and asked for a slice of pepperoni but instead of fixing me a slice of the fresh pizza, the manager turns around to the counter behind her and proceeds to grab a piece of old pizza that looked as if it had been sitting there for hours.
I said no ma’am I want a piece of this fresh pizza. She tells me she serves this other first and refuses to get the slice from the pizza I asked for.
I tell her that I don’t want that old piece of pizza and then she tries to tell me it’s “fresher” than what I was asking for. I said ma’am that pizza is old and if I can’t have what I want, then I will take my business elsewhere. So I did.
WONT BE BACK! Pretty sad when management shows employees it’s ok to be rude to customers.

When I went in the girl at the counter Cheyenne was sweet and friendly. She made suggestions on what to get to eat. The food was hot and fresh and will definitely be back.

Was at the mall and decided to get some pizza. Stood in line behind a group of three girls that just wanted to talk with who I assume was the manager. I stood there for 10 to 15 min. while they talked. Not once did they attempt to take my order. Had to walk away. Horrible service. Can’t say how food was because I was never served.
