Since then, I’ve stopped in at different times of day, and the experience has been consistently excellent. There’s always a steady stream of customers, yet somehow never an unreasonable wait and never a single mistake in my orders (which, for a Starbucks veteran like me, is rare!).
As someone new to the area, I’m still learning its rhythms and nuances, but the warm welcome I’ve received here has genuinely made it easier to feel at home. The team here sets the gold standard for customer service—proof that kindness and consistency never go out of style. ☕✨

A nice Starbucks in a quaint town. The staff was very friendly and the wait time was good, considering the drive thru line was very busy. The drinks ordered were all prepared well and the snack items were also tasty. I enjoyed the small town setting. Stop in and check it out.

Corporate stores don’t pay as much attention as licensed stores. I have gone to both this location and the one in Kingston and neither seem to know what blonde espresso means. I order the same drink every time and I get blonde espresso but the past 3 times I hav gone to the corporate store because I didn’t want to get out of my car I drove away and take a sip of my coffee and it is regular espresso. I do not like the taste of regular espresso hence why I get blonde so I have been very upset throwing out the last 3 coffees I have purchased.

This is my favorite Starbucks location because the team here does such an excellent job. I’m sitting here this morning with my matcha, and I’m amazed how many of the customers the employees know. Like, they have a relationship with them, and know something about them. It feels like a small coffeeshop rather than a huge chain.
The crew have such great humor, all while being super busy! The line in the drive through never stops, and they great everyone with a smile and good humor. It’s so nice to see! I’m also impressed with their cadence, everyone is really hustling!

Will not do any “secret menu” items. I tried to order a water for my three year old and asked for freeze dried strawberries to be added. I have never had an issue before at other locations, they just add a charge for the strawberries and it’s not a problem. This is the only location I’ve ever been denied to make a water fun for a child. I’ve also tried to order a butterbeer around Christmas time and was denied that as well. If it’s not a specific item on their menu, don’t expect to get it.

Love the service here to death. In the past 6 months, im not sure what happened, but almost every London fog I order is just tea and hot milk. I feel bad asking for a replacement or a pump of sweetener so I usually dont.

Love the drinks and goodies but hate the return to purchase requirement to use the bathroom. Always a purchase early in the day but don’t need a 2nd drink in the afternoon on the way back.

Super nice staff. I go to Starbucks because they hire amazing people and it’s super easy to just get in and get out. This is a great location for people who have electric cars. I charge my car and go get a coffee. Very convenient.

Two days before Christmas , there was a senior women , didn’t look homeless just needed help for her family , and possibly a cup of coffee , it made me cry to see so many pass her up like she’s nothing , the police dept passed her , the fire dept , no smile no wave no empathy no live nothing
