Ordered the mac and cheesy pizza – I loved the flavor, very cheesy! I do wish they had just a bit more of the cheddar mac and cheese on it, some slices barley had any of the mac distributed (perhaps this is just me and my obsession with mac & cheese though). Online ordering was easy, pickup time was pretty accurate.

The food and customer service was Excellent. I dropped my purse as I was leaving and didn’t know that some papers fell put. I left and was in my car and one of the Manhattan servers came to my car and gave me the fallen papers. This is real personal customer service. Manhattan hires excellent people as well as servicing excellent food. I ordered 3 lunch specials (2 slices of pizza and a fountain drink) for my grandchildren. The pizza slices were enormous; they had to eat the 2nd slice later.

Ordered online and the regular pizza was so thin you could hardly see the crust and there was minimal cheese. The GF pizza crust was not cooked all the way. Very disappointing as we have ordered here before and it has been good on the past. The pizza rolls were really good but that was the only good thing.

BEWARE if you have a gluten allergy! We ordered a cauliflower crust pizza through door dash. We received regular pizza. We called and the women was very rude. She said it was a door dash issue take it up with them and didn’t offer to help us or anything. I wish they would take allergies seriously and improve their customer service.

The last few times we have ordered, it was very good. Tonight, order over $100 worth of pizza and it arrived cold, crust was cheey and minimal toppings. So disappointed. Not sure what’s up with them but think twice before ordering.

Put in an order @ 4pm to be ready at 6:15. After arriving at 6:15 I was told it would just be a moment while they finished up. I waited an additional 10+ minutes to get my pizza and spaghetti while standing in the restaurant alone except for 6 or 7 staff. I get it if the place is packed but dead empty…. seems like they forgot about the order and hurried to make it.
