Just had the most mind-boggling experience with this food. I’m a loyal steakout customer my favorite go to is the chicken Parmesan and I just got the chicken Parmesan, but the sandwich style. Steak Out is a great delivery or carry out dinner option and this is by far our favorite location! Highly recommend the steak tips and baked potato. As a bonus, you’ll get a complimentary drink if you pick your order up. Beware the phone lines stay busy and you will have to call multiple times to get through. We ordered our steak tips medium last time and they came out very tough and well done which isn’t always the case. Next time we will order medium rare.

This is the location I frequent. Mostly takeout. I’m always impressed by the army of workers they have here. I’d be interested to know if other locations stay as busy as this one. Employees are always courteous and professional. The food is always great as is the service. Sometimes when you call you might be on hold a while, but that’s a small inconvenience because they do so much business. Overall, I’m happy with the experience here, and will keep coming back.

Friday 20 Sep 24 at 9pm, I decided I want a Bacon Cheeseburger from Steak-Out, so I called to make an order, a young man answered and put me on hold and never came back, so I had to drive there and make my order and when I called back no one answered… I get there make my order asked for my burger to be med cooked and not medium well, just medium and it was so well, it was dry. Most time my experience is good, but tonight if was just different.

Been a long time since I had SteakOut & I missed it. Live down street now so online ordered. Food is still good but staff was lost even if nice. Took at least 20mns longer than stated after having trouble finding order. Cook line had no direction while most of the cashier staff just walked around and chatted

Placed an online delivery order and waited 1.5 hours and still no food. Called multiple times and no answer. I decided to drive over and see what was taking so long, when I arrived my food had not even been started, they said the grill went down but no one called to let me know what was going on. I didn’t want to wait an additional 20 minutes for the order to be made so I requested a refund which they told me would take 3-4 days. Terrible service!!!!
