My experience was horrible. So I went there on Wednesday, January 7th 10:30am. So I go to the register to order my food. I asked for a 3pc clcombo and requested for all wings. So the lady went to the back, I’m guessing to talk with the manager. She comes back out and say I can purchase 3 wings and a biscuit but can’t get a 3pc combo with all wings. I explain to her that didn’t make sense and she refused to accommodate. I politely walked out and went to the KFC at the Oxon, MD location and asked for the same thing and they gave me my order with no problem. After I completed the order I explained the encounter I had with the KFC at Marlow Heights to the Oxon Hill staff and their faces looked confused and said that what Marlow did don’t make sense.
Please KFC management if you see this review you need to do some thorough investigation into your Marlow Heights location on their customer service. They let $15 walk out the door behind something that did not make sense. So I’m sure other customers experience things like this and your business will lose money behind this bad staff.

I went to KFC on 2/25/2026 around 2:30pm to purchase lunch for a few friends as a surprise. My experience there wasn’t pleasant. Did not wait long for the food (I was the only customer there at that time). When I got back to the lobby, we were upset. My bags had no napkins, no folks, no spoons, no knives, yes I repeated the word NO. The food consisted of 2 half filled coleslaw bowls, 6 small biscuits, (should have been 8), mac & cheese was over cooked. Chicken I rate it 2 1/2 stars. For $65.00, I wasn’t happy at all. This was my 2nd bad experience with this restaurant. 1st time I called my bank & got my money back. KFC (Marlow Heights) I’m done. Utensils & napkins, glad we were near a Giant & didn’t need our fingers to scoop our food nor sleeves to wipe our mouth & hands. We had plates.

Placed a DoorDash order for a 3 piece combos with a drumstick and two thighs they sent all wings, my famous bowl had one piece of chicken in it literally which was also a combo and the failed to include the drink I also paid for a bacon twister that they failed to include. There weren’t any utensils, napkins the lemonade that came with the 3 piece combos didn’t even have ice in it PURE TRASH!

Never again. Customer service subpar. And the food don’t look clean. (I found lint on my tenders). They don’t follow simple directions for a real simple order. I don’t expect for 5 star service from a fast food joint but damn, if people don’t wanna do the job at hand, go on and let somebody else get the job and get the job done. Afternoon of 9/28/20

I ordered in the app. My order was wrong again, this is very typical of this location. I tried calling the store, it’s obviously a Google phone number, it rings untill it finally gives a message that storage is full. No one picks up and you can’t leave a message. Had to go back to retrieve about $24 of missing food.

Everywhere else has opened the indoors for the public. They are still doing drive-thru only. I don’t drive so this is frustrating. I ordered the 16 piece meal which comes with 4 large sides. I honestly don’t know how any one could consider these sides large. The Mac and cheese and Cole slaw look like it’s missing scoops. For 45 dollars I think I should have got more bang for my bucks.

I have been to this KFC before . Today I went a purchase the $7 box and when I opened ED the box the thigh looked as if it was brunt so I asked for a better looking thigh when the guy in the drive thru gave it back it looked as tho the thigh wasn’t done so I decided to go inside when I went inside to ask for another better thigh or just give me another leg they said I xould not have a leg because of the special so I ask for a refund the manager Ms.Jackson told the worker that they didn’t give refunds. I’m disappointed and the manager was very very very unprofessional. I will not attend thus KFC again.

I placed the order on the app before driving to the store. The app displayed 5-15 mins, however I waited another 20 mins in the store. There were about 10 customers waiting when I walked in. There was no service, no greetings, no smile but keep telling you that you have to wait. I had to remind the manager that I placed the order before I came in since he kept telling me he needs to fulfill the order for other customers who physically came in before me. Chicken was not crispy when I got it. Do yourself a favor and go to different stores
