We had such a great experience at Ono Hawaiian! The food was absolutely delicious and so fresh—you could really taste the quality. My kids even ate all of their grilled chicken and veggies, which says a lot! The portions were generous, and everything came out hot and flavorful.
There was about a 10-minute wait, but honestly, it was more than worth it for fresh, yummy food like this. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

I tried it for the first time and honestly it was so much better than i expected. the pork and the chicken katsu were my fav. i went back in tonight jusr 15 minutes before closing (i just got off work) and i felt so bad, but everyone was so kind. Tiffany in particular was so sweet and made me feel comfortable coming in even so late. the people there have big hearts.

This must be a common thing here. My plate was loaded with cabbage. I ordered a chicken plate to get 7 pieces of Katsu and two pieces of grilled chicken that didn’t even taste like it normally does. And not even cabbage you would want to eat. Who wants to eat the center of the freakin cabbage. As seen in other posts this obviously is a common thing here. Disappointed and should have just waited to get home and have REAL HAWAIIAN BBQ from L&L. Will not be back to the place.

Came here for the first time yesterday. ( have been to other locations) I called in about 10 mins before arriving and just had to wait about another 5 when I got there to receive my food. Good was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful with order. They do give you your sauces now instead of you pumping it into the cups which is totally fine. Will be returning to this location. Forgot to take photo before digging in lol.

We placed a phone order and it was ready for pick up pretty quick. When we arrived, we went straight to the counter and the order was ready very quickly. The portions are good and the quality of the food was great.

Food was old, tasteless. Workers refused to give us or SELL us a smaller to go container for our left overs. Even after explaining we were traveling on a motorcycle (with our helmets sitting next to us), the lady said that wasn’t her problem. I asked for maybe a cup with a lid, she said no with a male worker nervously backing her up.
After this experience, yeah the food was crap and so was the lack of human decency. Take your money and taste buds elsewhere.

Haven’t been here in a couple years but as always the food was great , I got my self a kids meal( I has gastric sleeve surgery cant eat that much ) and had left overs i even got a extra plate for both my girls to share and still had left overs ! The two men who help me were kind and helpful

One of my favorite places to eat the bbq mix is my go to. . If you like a little heat, check our their Island Fire Chicken. Oh, & they’re macaroni salad is to die for. Make sure to grab a nice cold Hawaiian canned drink w/your meal
