The 2010 Domino’s Pizza Makeover was a great success with better ingredients; new better dough, better sauce, new cheese blend & better fresh toppings, I welcomed that improvement as a great success. Loved It?

The leased Domino’s mini-cars was an excellent decision; it stopped forcing drivers to burn-up their personal vehicles miles, extra gas & additional insurance for being a delivery driver. BUT STOP letting the store manager (owner) use their personal cars for deliveries! It’s belittling that they get a Cadillac Escalade, while the regular driver gets a Chevy Spark, it’s DISRESPECTFUL!

But now Domino’s is doing another makeover in the wrong direction! Offering coupons to compete with the cheaper Hot-N-Ready cheese pizzas, while adding Chicken Nuggets and Tater Tots to the menu is an absolute disappointment! While their Salads are INSULTING & DISGUSTING! This school lunch garbage is only acceptable at a campus Pizza store selling slices to drunk college students; who would eat nuggets and tots. It’s STUPID!

Let’s focus on their INSULTING & DISGUSTING salads; every big order has somebody that doesn’t want pizza either; a healthy diet decision or a religious decision. But Domino’s salads come wrapped up in 10 different factory sealed compartments; like it was made a week ago 700 miles away, that’s NOT fresh, NOT local, definitely NOT made in the store. That’s frozen food GROSS!

They bought out the failed Tim Hortons restaurant buildings all with a drive thru window. Rebranded the buildings, but kept the windows and got confused if they are selling quality pizza and food, or cheaper fast food?

Toss the chicken nuggets, tater tots, frozen factory salads, and start making quality food again!

Big management failure at this location. Ordered delivery; we’re less than 1/2 mile from the store. Estimate was 40-50 minutes. It took over two hours to be delivered. Wife called the store to check on the order status around the hour mark and was told they had a single driver running back and forth, and that – despite having been done for 45 minutes at this point – our pizza was still at the store. If you’re that backed up, clearly you have a backlog of orders, so wouldn’t it make more sense to pack the guy’s car with all of the outstanding deliveries instead of just letting them sit at the store and having him run back and forth? As midnight passed, I checked online – still able to place another order for delivery. So, delivery is taking two hours and you haven’t turned off online delivery orders after midnight when you close at 1 AM? That’s going to guarantee some customers are even more upset. Delivery driver – when he finally showed up – was nice and apologetic and explained that the other two drivers had called out and that he was alone for deliveries that evening. Fair enough – definitely not his fault, and I feel back for the harsher words he certainly heard this evening from others. Food was completely cold – definitely not food safe; never stood a chance. This was a total failure of management. Turn off delivery ordering if you’re that backed up. Better yet, if you have 2/3 of your drivers call out, then the manager needs to buckle up and clock some windshield time delivering themselves. Avoid this location at all costs.

Bonus cherry on top: What in the world is that cut job on the pizza? I can’t even…

Careful they will rip you off. I placed an order and never for my sauces that I was charged for. I did the guarantee thing they offer said I would get a free medium pizza for my next purchase never got it. Out a little over $5 at this point. Make sure you check everything before the driver leaves.

I asked for a meat lover, and it seemed like I got this. The delivery is on time and fast, but the outcome of whoever cooking is poor. I called the manager and he at like it. It’s not his fault and he don’t care but do not let one action stop you from going there. It’s a great place.

Placed an order today, everything went good until quality inspection, it sat there for over an hour. No updates nothing. Called to cancel my order and got a rude response. This location needs some corrections at the least. Makes domino’s look bad as a company when they hire workers like that

I order these burnt pizzas from Dominos on 12-21-23.
I had a family emergency that came up so when I got back into town 12-24-23 I called Dominos spoke to Alesha, she said she is the store manager. Alesha refused to refund me or remake the pizzas that are burnt and had cheese flavor on them. Even though I have the receipt and all the pizzas to show there are problems with the food, Alesha reason for not taken care of the problem is that I didn’t call that day it happen, even though I have the receipt and the food to show? As I stated, my family and love ones come before a Pizza Alesha, Dominos clearly see they burned the pizzas and added some cheese flavor which I didn’t want, and did nothing due to an incompetent manager! I won’t never buy from them again!!!! Get your Burnt pizzas from Dominos while supplies last!!!!

My order was wrong. Not even what I ordered and it is dry. I ordered a feta cheese thin crust pizza adding chicken and tomatoes it arrives with black olives chicken, tomatoes and mushrooms and dry, where is the Alfredo sauce? I ordered 2 pizzas like that and both showed up like that. The dryness and black olives made it no longer appealing to me. I could deal with the mushrooms.
