This Burger King is attached to a gas station, but they have their own seating area. The food was good and ready for our pickup as soon as we got in and the staff were kind. The restaurant was clean and overall we had a good experience.

It’s a clean Burger King. Outside of that it’s a pretty standard typical by the book BK; pleasant, courteous, hard-working staff. Easy access right off the street, one of the Stop and Rob gas and gulp combos with modest parking of spaces right next to the building with a concrete walkway acting as a curb. I got the usual, I paid what passes for not bad modern prices and I received my very freshly cooked tasty yummy order after a few minutes late. I am a thoroughly satisfied customer.

I went in to order a chicken wrap and a fanta to go, I asked them if they had strawberry he said “yeah we have strawberry” and I said the machine shows pineapple and coke, are you sure you have strawberry, he looked at me and didn’t say anything and just stared at me. I asked him again and he said are you ok Miss, you seem to be getting upset, I said I was fine and asked him again and he started to say that I was crazy and had mental issues because I didn’t hear his response, which is absolutely ridiculous. After a whole minute of him just sitting there and staring at me, he finally said “all we have is pineapple on the fanta”. He tore up the receipt and refused to give me a receipt, then when I went to pick up the fanta and the food, he said “you never ordered a fanta and I never charged it on your card you would have to order it again”. I just took the food and left. SO INCREDIBLY RUDE.

Do you know how bad service has to be for me to leave a review on a fast food place? I also filled out the bkexperience survey too, before a corporate bot auto replies to this review. I pulled into the drive thru at 10:15am today, order #541. Very unfriendly order taker on the mic, Christian, -no hello, no please, no thank you, greeted with “what’s your order?” Took 4 times to place an order for “#3 meal large with a coke.” Then he tried to give me lunch during breakfast hours when only the breakfast was displayed outside. He was even worse at the window. Never told me the total but did say “you want a receipt?” Gave me fries instead of hash browns in my bag. I gave the whole bag back. Then I got a bag with only hash browns in it and 4 onion rings inside them. Onion rings have a disgusting smell and ruins the flavor of the hash browns. I still needed my croissanwich and drink. Waited on that. Individually bagged. And I was also picking up a mobile app order for a single croissanwich for $2, that was a whole nother fiasco. 3 people crowded in the window, all rude to me. The other guy, in a black shirt (manager?) is who gave me fries originally and asked me what I was still waiting on. I said my croissanwich mobile order. He comes back and said you wanted fries and a sandwich right? I said “no, just the croissanwich” and he yelled “that’s what I said”. What is wrong with your staff?!!! OMG (this is when I checked the bag I had originally recvd and saw they put fries instead of hash browns.) I got to the drive thru at 1015am, didn’t leave until 1032am. You need a whole new crew. Lucky my bf wasn’t in the car bc he would’ve R-A-N inside when the dude yelled at me “that’s what I said”. Not coming back to this location till y’all overhaul the whole staff.

They have excellent customer service skills ! Ms. Emily listened while I was placing my order, she was friendly and courteous, and she smiled while taking my order.
As a Customer Service Worker myself, it’s appreciated to get it, in return when you aren’t working. So as far my Order Taker and Expediter they were a delight, with their friendliness and politeness.
The grease needs to be changed! I’m disappointed that my fries were limp! I expected better because I was a manager at a Burger King in my hometown right out of high school. So I know at what standards their food is to be! You are not to sell your customer anything you wouldn’t eat yourself! EVERYTHING is to be made fresh!

Wife went to get advertised burger, fries, drink meal for $5. D/T speaker cracking made order process difficult and employee was not understanding, tried to tell my wife that she wanted the two for five meal deal. She attempted several times to correct him on her order and finally told him that she just wanted 2 whoppers with fries and drinks.
At the window, she wasn’t thanked for shopping there and wasn’t given a receipt.
This location on 29th & Villa Maria in Bryan is the worst we’ve been to in several years. Needs to be said, as others have already, we won’t return.

Worst burger king in the area. They were only taking orders at the window and somehow they still managed to give me the wrong order. I was on a time crunch so I wasn’t able to take it back. The food that I did receive was awful. It was cold and gross. The staff definitely did not want to be there. When I placed my order for a chicken sandwich they acted as if it was the worst thing anyone could possibly order. The speed of service was another issue. Took nearly 10 minutes to get my food.

Quick drive thru for breakfast. It was good and quick. I ordered the two double sausage croissants for $5. I was informed that this was the lady day for this special. The price was changing to 2 for $6. Glad she told me so I won’t be surprised on my next visit.

I was here today 4/8/24 drive thru people rude and they add extra charges for each extra vegetable you want on your burger.. I asked for a double whopper burger only, no bun with extra vegetables. No meal just a double whopper with extra veggies and a cup of ice. My total was 11.88 when I received my order I only had a single meat no extra veggies, so I went back to get my order fixed and they said 2.50 for a extra Patty and I replied I asked for a double whopper with extra veggies and a cup of ice “where is my receipt” I asked for a receipt 3x but they said that they could not print it out.. the lady offered to give me a refund – the ice and I took it because I felt like they were trying to get over on me . At the end they wanted to charge me 11.88 +2.50 for a double whopper and a cup of ice.. what a rip off ill never go back to this location because they are rude people and I Will not be handled any kind of way .. they are all Hispanic people working at this location and some of them barely speaks English… Very expensive if you want a burger no bun with extra veggies.. I’m Glad I got my money back from them because they don’t deserve my money.
