Gave them 5 chances on different occasions to get it right. 12:30pm and only 1 person working. Then I order a sandwich off the menu. They start making it and towards the end is when they tell me they don’t have certain ingredients for the sandwich. Ask for a manager. There isn’t one that works here. Same price as Jersey mikes and firehouse sub but not even worth eating here anymore. Thanks subways for years of sandwiches. But honestly it isn’t only this location that’s gone to crap. The entire franchise is crap now. So goodbye.

The customer service is always very terrible, they take forever to help you out and get started on your order, i kid you not every time i come in there it takes over 10 minutes for them to make one sandwich with me being the only customer in there in there. If there is over 2 people in front of me to order i can expect a 20+ minute wait time. The employees need to learn how to prioritize helping the customers rather then trying to get ahead on the closing shift duties. I agree with the other reviews as well about the pregnant lady named angelica she is very rude and doesn’t understand the quality of customer service.
