Never been to this location. Ordered 2 of their “BBQ Brisket sandwich combos”. 2 shake for the drink option. – what we got was 2 thee-quarters-of the way filled shakes, semi warm fries, and 2 sandwiches with no brisket at all!, limp bacon, and far too much mayo/ sauce. AND FOR $30!!?? Come on, you gotta do better.

They did not have everything, they didnt have chicken tenders even tho they literally have it on the menu. Everything was basically out they need to do better by getting things stocked or stop being lazy and actually cook.

Was so excited to see a chicken cordon bleu on the menu. And I will say that I have had Hardee’s chicken tenders before and they were good , but this sandwich was a disappointment. The chicken wasn’t pink but had the texture of not fully cooked chicken. It also tasted like the oil needed to be changed. Was not impressed even after having to wait for them to bring our food out to us.

This is in Frankfort Kentucky and this is on the west side of town both of them are good but this is the best of the two the gentleman that waited on me were very nice they help me get my rewards off my phone they suggested something that helped me save money which I appreciated that it was clean especially the tables I wish I like and the food was good and hot especially the fries they were getting hot and both sandwiches were good I had a chicken sandwich a great big old chicken sandwich with pickles and mayonnaise and then I had a I think it was an American monster beef sandwich hamburger all of them both I’m very good I appreciate the kindness that these people showed and I hope that gets back to them

I ordered chicken tenders and curly fries with a garlic toast. The garlic toast wasn’t even toasted and had no garlic butter on it. The chicken tenders were burnt and I guess you can’t screw up curly fries. It was definitely not worth the $12 I paid for the food. The gentleman at the register was nice but the food was not good at all.

The loaded omelet biscuit meal was fantastic. I was also thrilled to get Duke’s Mayonnaise, not just mayonnaise.
