Social Profile:

Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Since our first Villa Pizza next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.

Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples.

Got off the plane absolutely starving and stopped by the food court. I tried Villa Kitchen, the Italian spot, and honestly everything hit the spot. I ordered spaghetti, pizza, and bread all of it was fabulous.

Service was quick and easy, kind of a walk-up style where they plate everything for you and you’re on your way. Super convenient, especially after a flight. Overall, really good food and a great pick when you need something fast but tasty. ✨

Delicious. Meatballs and red sauce are equivalent to Sbarro in quality and flavoring. Mac and cheese had the right amount of salt and was flavorful. They give you a lot of cheese and cheese sauce. Can get a tummy ache if you eat it all. The staff were very kind. Only gave a four star for service because the cashier was holding on to the $20 instead of ringing up the charge. She was waiting to see if I was paying attention $4 change back. After a minute when I didn’t move, she finally rung up the charge. 2 meatballs and a small mac&cheese was $15… so yeah, I will be needing my change back. I don’t make much just like the rest of us average pay people. Thank you for being kind though. Maybe your boss can give incentives like a free meal each day. (Video sped up to make sure it loads)

I don’t know what I got served but it was not eggs. The pictures looked very appealing but my “eggs” were more like a watery mixture of something else entirely, very white and full of tiny little holes (tripophobia), and left behind a lot of water. The taste was terrible, the “toast” was completely soft and the potatoes were not good either. Very sad I spent $12 for this.

Overall, 4 star experience. The food was actually quite good! I got the breakfast Strombolli. It was much better than I expected. The bread was crispy, the fillings were plentiful! The only issue, was potential food safety hazard. It wasn’t super warm. It was probably hovering right around 145. They were on a tray sitting by the oven, looked like they had been for a while.

Service was 3 star. The order taker was kind of just there. The cashier was pretty nice and the other employees just pretended like we didn’t exist.

My travel buddy got the breakfast bowl. Also, pretty good considering it is in an airport.

Love it . It was quick serviced. I was help by An employee by the name of Ingrid. My slice of cheese was hot like I like it. Great service from the slice in the oven to my credit card charge.

I work at Southwest Airlines here at the Orlando Airport, and Vila Italian Kitchen is always my go-to spot. I always get the meatballs—they’re my favorite every single time. What really makes the experience exceptional is Elijah. He is consistently professional, friendly, and attentive, and even during busy airport rushes he delivers great service with a positive attitude. He truly represents the brand well, and his customer service keeps me coming back. Highly recommend!
