I came through the drive thru last night around 11:00 pm to pick up an online order that was placed and the attitude I got from the guy named danny that was running the drive through was awful. I know working fast food sucks, but that doesnt mean you can take your frustration out on me im just the delivery driver. 10/10 wouldnt want to pick up food from here again

I don’t order fast food very much because it’s to expensive but whenever I have came to this store the last few times the food was pretty good I have seen that the night crew is to understaffed for the business it gets so it takes a little to get your food but the workers are good at what they do. The manager Brandi is awesome she gave service with a smile even though she was under a lot of pressure she did a great job. The two other gentlemen (one in the front and one upfront) were pretty good I didn’t catch the cooks name but he was efficient with the food, then the other guy upfront was nice as well he was in the window taking orders and still greeted customers from back there really impressed with this team they all deserve recognition. One thing I didn’t like is that they had 2 lanes, the store seems way too small and understaffed for the setup at least at night.definitely will be returning

I came into the store around 5pm to 5:30pm yesterday and was not impressed with the manager and her service. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience that I was even in the store. And she was was yelling at the crew members which was unprofessional. The fries were also cold

Understaffed and overwhelmed. Busy. The soda machine for the drive through does not work. Now -. A most kind and excellent employee took my order. Professional. She and the fellow cooking well deserve raises. I mean substantial raises. The guy was motorin’. My Whopper was near perfection. A rarity anywhere in the fast food world. I heap high praise on these young people for working hard. A lot of Drive Thru and Walk-In orders. Both staying and going. 11 or 12 seats. This place is small. I will be back.

I ordered the mushroom Swiss melt and the bread was not toasted at all, and the onion rings tasted funny, we had to drive around and wait for our food after we ordered, and after getting the good the fries were cold and the chicken sandwiches were dry, not great food, but too far to drive back we live in cottage grove and stopped there for food after the movies. And within an hour of eating i had all the signs of food poisoning, not happy at all will not be going there again.

Brandy the best server there is. She was super attentive to my order and go my extra ketchup when I asked. She got my oder out super quick, shes amazing asset to the team, I wish I could have her every time I come:)

Worst experience at BK….waited an extremely long time (31 minutes in the drive through) and we only ordered chicken nuggets. Waited specifically for spicy ones and received a weird mix of cold and undercooked nuggets At least the girl working the drive through was kind. My son was too afraid to eat them and threw them away because he didn’t want to get sick.

It’s fast food, so nothing special to boast about. We got a Whopper meal for two, and some chicken fries. The Whopper’s were tasty as always. The fries were hot, crispy, and had just the right amount of salt. The chicken fries were crispy and tasty as well.
The negatives for this Burger King are all on the lack of parking, horrible layout for the drive-thru, and long wait time.
The customer service was great. They are clearly just hurting for employees like everyone else.
