We get pizzas from here often but today they were either very rushed or simply didn’t care. We got two pizzas tonight-one pizza was completely missing a topping, both barely had any cheese and one had literally no toppings or anything in the middle and just sprinkles of toppings on the outside. Very disappointing especially since we order often and they’re supposed to be a top pizza place. $15 on sale and it wasn’t much more than bread. My husband orders from Pizza Hut at another location pretty often for work and doesn’t have issues. Also I have to order gluten free pizza from Domino’s for myself since Pizza Hut doesn’t offer gluten free crust.
*Picture of the slice shows the pathetic sprinkle of toppings. The bbq one is better but missing a topping and still less toppings than usual.

Absolutely without a doubt the worst pizza I have ever had. And the most expensive. $33 for a large 3 topping and a bread stick. No, I don’t want one of your “deals” because I won’t eat whats in the box.
I don’t know why it is so hard to get a well done pizza. Well done means barely done apparently everywhere. This place just took it to the extreme. Within 20 minutes my order was done and waiting. Certainly warmer warm, so maybe they just added stuff to an old pizza.
Anyway, well done was barely done. The original crust deep dish was dry and only maybe a 1/2″ thick. Not to mention, since the middle of the night I have been in the bathroom. I AM STILL IN THE BATHROOM!
Besides being crazy expensive and absolutely trash. The location wasn’t friendly, more like give me your money and go. I had to greet them, because even the manager sitting in the booth could care less I was there.
Breadsticks were also super dry and flat, not fluffy and fresh.
I’d expect a lot more for $33. I also expect what I ordered.

If you’re going to sell garbage and supply no service at all, maybe drop your prices to reflect that you shouldn’t be in business!

Btw, this is the second Pizza Hut that has made me sick with their food. Last time was the chicken wings a while back. Took 3 people out, myself included. And they did nothing.

Great food, friendly staff. Pizza Hut may be a national brand but this location has the feel of a family place. Get food there maybe twice a month but they know me and other people as soon as you walk in the door and reach for your order.

Terrible, Dough tasted old or not proofed, seemed like it was two different pizzas, wings dry barely any sauce breadsticks over cooked and almost burnt. Not the first time this has happened but I tried to give it a second chance. No thanks.

Drove very far to come here since they are a dine pizza hut. We arrived and they told us to order at the counter and there is no dine in service available even though they have a large dining room. I can eat a pizza from a delivery box at home. Very disappointed.

Fair price for a large pizza. I ordered it to be picked up, and it was ready on time. Tasted pretty good, but it is way too greasy for my taste, like most fast food over here in America. (And yes, there is pineapple on it )

Ordered (9/14/21) the Detroit Style Pizza that advertises “cheesy & crispy edges.” See pictures below of expectation vs reality—spoiler! it barely has any cheese on it at all. The breadsticks I ordered were served cold and undercooked.
Boneless Wings were good & the thin crust pizza was good. They also didn’t forget my extra sauce which I appreciate.
Ultimately, I am disappointed with the way this food was served to me and my family. I ordered takeout online through the app and picked up as soon it was ready. I always tip (before even knowing the quality of service) because I am a service worker and I know the quality of my order may be affected by whether or not I tipped.
This location has lost my trust.
