I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your ice cream shop. While the ice cream itself was enjoyable, the behavior of the staff left a negative impression that overshadowed our experience.
As a family with two young children and an indecisive husband, we approached the counter with excitement to explore your offerings. However, we encountered a staff member who seemed visibly irritated by our requests to sample several flavors—something we have always found acceptable at other ice cream establishments. Their reaction was unwelcoming, and it felt as though our inquiries were an inconvenience rather than part of the service experience.
Moreover, when our orders were handed to us, one of the employees, a blonde woman, delivered our items with a dismissive “here you go” while slamming the window shut. This lack of courtesy was disheartening and made us feel unwelcome.
We recently moved to the area and had hoped to establish a new favorite ice cream shop. However, due to the rude service we experienced, we will be seeking alternatives. I urge you to address this issue, as exemplary customer service is essential for building a loyal customer base. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Enjoyed our ice cream treats. Large servings and real whipped cream. Service was excellent. We also ordered pretzels. They were delicious. When in Mims, Fla stop for a treat.

We Love Frisbee’s!!! The people are always nice, great prices, and they have the BEST soft serve ice cream in Central Florida. I love the hot fudge Sundaes!!! Added bonus, they’re dog friendly and they offer free doggie cups for the pups!

Some of the best ice cream ever, and very reasonably priced. You get to choose as many toppings as you like, and they have a lot, for no additional charge. I highly recommend this local business for hot dogs and ice cream. I got the banana split (but I always get mine with just vanilla and hot fudge, I don’t care for the other stuff so that’s why it looks different from a regular one).
