Sunday before Christmas and my family is gathering for Christmas and wanted KFC for our meal for 5 people. We were told in the drive thru, their computer was down and we needed to come inside to order. Went inside and waited over 30 minutes before we were even addressed. The workers are working their knuckles to the bone and I’m hearing them say to each other they couldn’t fill any more orders per the manager, who by the way, was giving orders from the comfort of her home. Workers were told to lock the doors and take no more orders due to lack of employees and lack of chicken. I counted 6 full trays of chicken. This review has NOTHING to do with employees as they are working with 3 employees and unable to keep up with computers going down. In the meantime, I’ve counted five cars go through the drive through window, so I guess their computers are back up. We have only overheard employees speaking amongst themselves but after 40 minutes, we finally was able to place our order. Employees were very sweet and very hard working! The manager should have been there helping run the store instead of leaving the workers to fend for themselves. Her solution was to lock the doors. I wish corporate to step in to help fix this store. This is not employees fault. This is a management issue.

This place needs to CLOSE DOWN! I spent $51 on dinner for my family tonight only to be told that the order was modified. Why? Because once again, they have NO CHICKEN! So what did they send instead 2 POT PIES!!
How are you a chicken place with NO CHICKEN!?! Who in their right mind modifies and order to something completely left field and doesn’t for once think to contact the customer?! Or how about just cancel the order if you can fulfill it!!! I don’t know who owns this location but management needs to do better!!

After MANY years, we decided to try KFC again, too many very bad experiences stopped us eating there. They had the 8 pc. tenders/chicken Tuesday deal. I have a couple of questions. First and foremost, why have they changed the recipe? The chicken was terrible!! It was not the original recipe we remember and it left a bad aftertaste. The colonel didn’t work so long, for the recipe, to simply be discarded. Not even the gravy tasted the same. My second question is why are they trying so hard to go out of business? When the food is already too expensive to afford, in the first place, people are NOT going to pay for it to taste bad. The second star was for the macaroni and cheese. How sad, that the best food on the menu, has NOTHING to do with chicken! We’re done!! We won’t try them again.

I just spent $15.56 for food that was not fresh. I visited this location 11:02 a.m. this morning. I ordered a 6 Hot Spicy Wing Combo. First of all the chicken was not fresh; it tasted like it had been sitting for hours. How could it not be fresh this early in the day. The mac and cheese appeared to be watered down. I wanted Lemonade and it was out. The Dr. Pepper did not taste like Dr. Pepper. This was a horrible experience on today. I have been coming to this location for years and service and the quality of the food has gone down. I will be reaching out to corporate in refernce to this matter. Hopefully, something can be done.

Completely messed up my pick up order. Ordered wing and leg. They gave thighs. Ordered the nuggy gravy, they gave me mashed potato and gravy. Thankfully, the pepsi was right. I am never going there. If you go, make sure you check your order before leaving.

Service is consistently terrible. They close at 11 but just told us the close at 10:30 because it’s getting colder; it was 10:36. Same kid last time told us we couldn’t have ranch dressing because we didn’t order chicken strips. We spent $50 on a family meal and sides but it was the rules we couldn’t have ranch. They wouldn’t even sell it to us. They’re always out of something or food tends to be spoiled. Don’t go here.

(Beware of food Poisoning) This Location is known for selling old food it seems! Then I checked multiple reviews (After I got sick) and they said the same thing. I got food poisoning from here are was almost hospitalized. Multiple complaints from mold on food just at this location. I don’t know why. Please do yourself a favor and go to another KFC . I might have saved a life!

Spent 12 bucks on a chicken tender meal just to get tenders that are hard and slightly burnt because they clearly have been sitting out all day. It tastes burnt too. I should have known this was a bad KFC location because no one is ever there. I thought I’d give it a chance since I’ve never actually been to this KFC myself, but I definitely won’t be back. Super disappointed I wasted my money
